五酒店及法義公寓式酒店 (Five Hotel & Residences)

房間地板比較老舊，內裝應該有重新換過，整體來說還不錯，房間內有電磁爐、抽油煙機、鍋子，小家庭煮點東西還行，空間算大的，有陽台，在市中心，離商場很近，周邊有不少商店餐廳，整體來說很方便

地點不錯，附近有吃都很方便。去的時候泳池其實都沒開。基本上泳池是餐廳不會開

I had a confirmed and paid reservation through 永安, and upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that there were no rooms available because the hotel was overbooked. They offered me another hotel from the same group, but it was much worse – old, dirty, and poorly located. Since the city was crowded, I had no other option. I found out they did the same to at least six other people. In other words, they keep accepting reservations even after they’re fully booked and transfer guests to another one of their hotels that remains empty because it’s terrible! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

However, the value for money is excellent, making it a worthwhile option for travelers who can tolerate the noted deficiencies. The combination of prime location and affordable pricing compensates somewhat for the shortcomings in amenities and service.

Es una opción destacada en Asunción, donde sobresale por su excelente ubicación, comfort, servicios de calidad y la tranquilidad del entorno.

Wir waren erneut im FIVE Hotel. Das Zimmer wurde zwar nicht, wie gewünscht, abseits des Fahrstuhles zugeteilt. Wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden. Die Betten sind mega bequem, das Zimmer sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und sprechen mittlerweile auch englisch. Leider ist es mit dem Service an den Pool Bars etwas anderes. An einem Pool war kein Service. Es war auch nicht möglich eine Bestellung aufzugeben. Ich musste durch das ganze Hotel an die andere Bar, um Getränke zu holen. Am Abend ist es sehr schön, an der Bar zu sitzen. Das Cocktail war aber leider sehr schlecht. Da wir hier schon besser Erfahrungen gemacht haben, werden wir wieder hier buchen.

Очень чистый отель и номер . Вкусный завтрак .Отзывчивый персонал. Когда вернусь,то только в этот отель.

El hotel es grande, es muy moderno, con habitaciones nuevas, colchones enormes, tv última generación. Además, contaba con un pequeño balcón y una cocina completa. El hotel tiene dos piletas, una de ellas es enorme. El desayuno completo y variado.
