호텔이 전체적으로 오래됐습니다. 근데 청결과 서비스도 엉망이고 자기들 할말만 하는호텔이에요.그리고 냄새도나고 다시는이러호텔가기싫네요

優點：離景點近 缺點：圖片和實物嚴重不符，一開始給我們很破的房間，如圖，網站上的衞生間圖片和實景，一點都不像好吧。而且房間破到沒有多餘插頭充電，最後前台拿了插排給我們充電。空調也是不製冷的。入住當晚就想退房。國內2星標準。 不知道雅典市中心酒店都這樣，下次來會考慮定民宿。 最後感謝永安的人員一直幫忙協調，第二天換了房。

L'albergo ha una posizione eccellente, in pieno centro, con un rooftop con affaccio sull'Acropoli e il tempio di Zeus, nonché una struttura molto bella, seppure datata. Il vero problema è l'assoluta mancanza di disponibilità, gentilezza ed eduzione da parte di alcuni componenti del personale, con particolare riferimento alla reception. La signora che mi ha ricevuto per il check in, infatti, oltre ad apparire sin da subito estremamente fredda e poco educata, si è mostrata indisponibile a risolvere in qualunque modo un problema di assegnazione di stanza che ho segnalato (mi è stata data una stanza Athenian Panorama, quando avevo prenotato e già pagato una Suite, molto più costosa). Ringrazio, al riguardo, 永安 per essere intervenuto direttamente con la proprietà e, in tal modo, avermi fatto avere un rimborso sulla prenotazione, oltre ad un indennizzo in 永安 coin.

Rececionista simplesmente desagradável e mal encarada sem qualquer nível para estar no atendimento . Piscina exterior com água fria e espreguiçadeiras desconfortáveis e poucas para o número de quartos existentes. Suíte a precisar de obras , principalmente o quarto de banho. Melhor do hotel à vista da Acrópole , o sunset visto do seu rooftop e a proximidade as Atracções .

This is definately not a 5 star hotel. I can’t understand how it’s been given that ranking. The room was definitely not the same as the picture. The carpet in the room was old and faded. The decor looked like it was from when it was first built or updated, at least 30+ years ago. The bathroom in the executive room was worse than Butlins basic accommodation in the U.K., and that’s saying something. The yellow sofa in the grand reception area was tired and dirty. I definitely would never stay there again or recommend to anybody. The majority of the staff were unfriendly. The waiters in the dining room never even looked at you. We had to go to them to request tea and coffee with our breakfast and it seemed like it was too much trouble for them. We stayed in the hotel as part of a fully inclusive cruise booking. The cruise company Iglu cruises must have got a really good deal with them. The hotel was full of people on fully inclusive deals. Definitely not five star. More like 2 star in my opinion.

Lovely hotel. Well situated and the roof top restaurant is amazing. Unfortunately the ladies at reception are LESS than friendly, to the point of being rude. I suppose we all have bad days, and maybe that was the case. However if hospitality is your chosen career, and front of office your position, ….:otherwise defiantly an amazing hotel which we are grateful to have experienced.

酒店位置挺好，價位也適中而不貴，就是設施老舊了一點，早餐也簡單，樓頂餐廳感覺很好，可以看到雅典衞城的山頂🏔️

Вообщем хорошая гостиница по хорошей цене. Место- хорошее минут 5-10 хотьбы до метро, и главного входа в акрополис. И прям напротив темпл зевса. Рядом есть пару кафешек. Лобби гостиницы- шикарно! Прям по королевски. Номера намного проще , ванна конечно очень старая, но все частенько. Звукоизоляция плохая (ночью просыпаличь от того что соседи смывали воду). Завтрак- простой, но больше и не надо. С шикарным видом. Бассейн не работал.
