Nice place to stay at a good price

That was one of my favorites Atlantic City hôtel for the last 15 years. Not no more. The hotel start to feel the need of renovations.. but not too bad... They have mostly connected rooms and we did not sleep good at all as the neighbors play TV til 3 am. And started again around 8 am. For the second night I got offered to change room to another connected ones. We decided they was no point. As we could hear other rooms while walking in the hallway that was worse to our neighbors. Couples fighting and screaming F words. Another kick his girlfriend out for cheating on him. We got offered no compensation for the issues and I did not feel like insisting. I just let it go. The pool is not kids friendly no more. Kids are not allowed after 2pm. We knew that from last year but came anyway. Because the security was nice enough to let the kids in the jacuzzi when they was no adults using. They looked the other way. But not this time. They became extremely strict. So not so much fun. Also pool was freezing. I don't remember that it was like that from previous 永安s. I'm not sure. But we did not use it this time..

Buena estadía. Atención muy amables y todo. Las habitaciones para ser de alto precio, muy sencillas, para el dinero pagado. Con vistas fatales. Porque se hizo la reserva con dinero extra por vistas a la bahía. Hemos venido desde Madrid- España y el único inconveniente ha sido que el coche del parking vino golpeado y no nos dieron solución.

Service not applicable. The room was large enough and bathroom very clean!!! The noted price for bottled water ($4 each) - no good and the they were old.

Pathetic service and unfriendly staff. I dont understand why they hire such people. It was 28F temperature outside and almost 8:00pm evening. I had booked non-smoking two double beds luxury room which was prepaid. Staff says we dont have any room available. All we have is smoking and that too no two double beds. I book non smoking for reason. They said either take it or you can cancel booking and also we dont guarantee the room. I said it is prepaid and my room is confirmed and I need what I booked. I believe that is what advanced booking is for. They said please wait and if anything becomes available we will let you know. Tried contacting 永安, they were not of much help. I just took whatever was available as I dont want to go out looking for new rooms in freezing weather and on saturday night where the hotel rates are already sky high. I will recommend ignore Golden Nugget and look for Harrahs they have competitive room rates.

Was clean. Places to eat was closed at night on weekday

The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.

Have always had a great experience at the Golden Nugget…always met with a smile at check in, food, drinks and entertainment are second to none and the gaming is always a fun time - will be back for more in the future!

Golden Nugget is great. Atlantic City is dead. I would stay in GN where it is available, but I would not come to Atlantic City for any leisure purpose.

The service experience over all was very bad. We won’t come back here. We stayed 2 nights and couldn’t close one eye the whole night because people in the room next to us were partying all night both nights and after calling security a few times and talking to front desk as well nothing happened after security told us “we will see if we can do something about it”. Also no one cleaned our rooms, we didn’t get new towels or soaps we needed to ask multiple times. The hotel facilities are nice but I would have excepted a better service for my payment.
