Clean and tidy with basic kitchenette suplies.  Bed was comfortable shower was great

2/5 rating. Customer service was lacking. The man on the phone was rude and abrupt and made it feel like asking for help was an inconvenience. The towels were old, ripped and stained, and there were random bits of dust and debris on top of the bed. I had to take photos so they wouldn’t charge us for things that were already there. Under the bed was so dirty I genuinely thought it was a joke. The shower and sink wasn’t properly cleaned, it wouldn’t drain, and I ended up standing in my own water. The walls even had some kind of brown liquid splashed down one side. There was zero effort in basic cleanliness. There was no Wi-Fi for the entire two day stay. It’s a shame because the place itself has potential. It’s not the worst for the price, especially compared to other places I’ve stayed, but there is clearly no TLC. The interior walls need maintenance, the walls are thin, and the lack of cleanliness really ruins the experience. There is no point complaining because nothing about the service gives the impression they would actually fix anything. The only positive is that they did honour my request for a top floor room.

Clean and comfortable stay

Good location, clean and quiet environment. But there is no coffee in the room. Generally we had a good rest. Thank you.

Was a good stay. Fair for the price.  Best part was the easy late check in and key lock box ect.  Amenities were slightly underwhelming as it had plates bowls cutlery ect but no place to wash them, also could do with a decent size bin considering you need to eat take out. Other than that it was a clean tidy room with plenty of space and place to put luggage. New towels everyday ect which is a nice to have. Would stay again

The outer gate being locked during business hours made it difficult for foreign guests without local phones to contact staff. Would suggest leaving that open and allowing guests to wait in the lobby. The window in our bathroom had no ability to close and had no screen so we had to deal with a wasp that flew in. The room was nice and clean and the staff was professional.

施設の構造が複雑で部屋がどこか分かりにくい。清潔でベッドも心地よかったが、部屋の作りが使いづらかった。ラウンジにベッドが立てかけてあるのには驚いた。
