Very miss leading. Pictures used for advertising were not. Rubbish left in hallway with dirty linen. Buffet was non existent. The meal that was provided Bake Beans and Mushrooms were cold. Parking not enough. When asked about other parking was given miss information. Was booked for 2 nights stayed 1 night. Very disappointed . My Partner very -- - - - off 😔. We will not 🚭 be staying there again and won't be recommending to anyone one. Thanks

好立地なのでアクセスは抜羣ですが、上り阪が少し続きます。フロントの女性は笑顔で迎えてくれて、気持ちが良かったです！室內のエアコンは壊れており、使えませんでしたが、代わりにヒーターがあったので暖まりました。バスルームがとても綺麗でした。リンスインシャンプーとボディソープが備えてありました。隣の部屋のカップルが夜と朝に怒鳴り合いの喧嘩をしていて、聲が筒抜けで怖かったです。そのせいでなかなか眠れなかったです。また、私は彼と一緒に泊まりましたが、仕事のため彼の方が先にホテルを出ました。そのあとに清掃員らしきスタッフがノックをしないで突然入ってきました。私はそのとき寢ていたので、知らない人が入ってきてとても怖かったです。このようなことが二度と起きないように、フロント側はチェックアウトの狀況を共有すべきです。

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Das Hotel ist vielleicht nicht das modernste, aber es war hell, sauber und die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Verbesserungswürdig ist für mich auf jeden Fall die Lobby: sie lädt in meinen Augen nicht zum Verweilen ein und dazu riecht es sehr stark nach Essen. Im Gepäckraum stehen irgendwelche Müllbeutel des Hotels herum - das alles hinterlässt keinen positiven Eindruck, wenn man das Hotel zum ersten Mal betritt.

Room smell was awful. Reception had to move us to other room and the second room toilet flush is not working. It was a night without using toilet. Had to book another hotel check out the next morning. We only stay for 1 night but paid 3days :( Speak to the lady in reception and promise us to try to refund atleast 1night from 3nights paid. Message the property after the check out date till now no response :(.

非常不愉快的體驗，房間和訂的完全不一樣，前台三哥一開始説確實不一樣，明天早上10點後給你換原來房型（真離譜，我衹住一天）後來説説衹剩這個了，愛要不要。回房間後給永安打了投訴，永安倒是很重視，但是三哥拒接永安的電話☎️所以最後還是沒解決

This was our first stay at Ascotia Off Queens and I have to say that the staff were very accommodating during or two nights there. (A little side note; the deposit is $250.00 and not the stated $100.00 on the 永安 website. I paid cash for the deposit and received it back on checkout without any issues). They have a nice little dining space on the ground floor opposite reception which caters for al a carte or buffet depending on your choice and it's very responsibly priced. The parking spaces are limited so best to reserve early and as for the parking spaces themselves? We had no issues with parking but it can be a tight squeeze if you have a larger vehicle, still doable though. The bedroom we were in was tidy and small, but comfortable. Shower amenities were good with complimentary body wash, shampoo & body lotion provided. The bed we found to be clean and comfortable so no complaints there. The only issue we had was not enough room to store our bags and the bin in our room was tiny. Apart from that Ascotia off Queens was a great place to stay. Thank you to the wonderful staff for the great service.

เป็นโรงแรมในเครือ VR ซึ่งถ้าราคานี้เพิ่มเงินไปเอา VR Queen ตึกแรกดีกว่า โรงแรมเก่ามาก และที่สำคัญไม่มีแอร์จ้า เป็นโรงแรมแรกเลยยิ่งกว่าโฮสเทล ทุกคนอึ้งฝรั่งอึ้ง ว่าทั้งโรงแรมแอร์ใช้งานไม่ได้ ฟร้อนท์บอกเป็นปกติไม่ได้เสียแต่เปิดไม่ได้ อากาศวันนั้น 19 องศา ฝนตก เลยยังพอเย็นนิดหน่อยต้องเปิดหน้าต่างให้ลมพัดเข้ามาถึงจะนอนได้ แต่ห้องก็แอบชื้นๆ และเหม็นอับ ไม่แนะนำสำหรับคนติดนอนแอร์ amenity ห่วยแตก ไม่มีเจลล้างมือ ไม่มีครีมอาบน้ำ ไม่มีแชมพูสระผม มีแต่ขวดเปล่าติดไว้ข้างผนัง แต่มีสบู่ก้อนเล็กๆให้ 1 ก้อน พร้อมกับเจลสระผมที่ไม่มีฟองเลย 1 หลอดเล็กๆ อย่างอื่นไม่มีไม่ต้องเสียเวลาถาม แก้วน้ำมีแต่ฝุ่นจะใช้ต้องเอามาล้างน้ำก่อน โดยรวมห่วยแตกมากรอบหน้าไม่พักอีกเด็ดขาด 

It has the best location, near a bus stop, walking distance to skye tower, Britomart station, albert park, Auckland fish market, viaduct and a lot more. I ended up not using my train card. They have a very friendly staff at reception. As for the housekeeping, was not happy because they just fixed my bedsheets, throw trash but did not vacuum the floor and clean the toilet room.
