Pros 1. New, end 2024 2. Large unit with 3 bedrooms 3. Good quality bath towels provided 4. Next to a mall, easy to get anything 5. Near to Pasar pagi Ayer Hitam, if driving, Georgetown is not far away 6. Going multiple floors is easier with wide path. 2 carparks. Cons 1. Dusty unit 2. Noisy area even until night 3. Very basic amenities, no air con at living room. Level 9 sauna room not ready yet. 4. The property may have issue waiting for elevator in future since only 4 elevators installed for over 30 levels

Excellent , clean hotel fairly easy check in and parking. Lovely swimming pool and good children’s facilities Would benefit from outside seating sun loungers etc Signage is lacking outside or inside lifts and it’s a huge complex WiFi is available despite saying on line that it wasn’t

The house was spacious and clean, complete with basic amenities. Our stay was pleasant. Very hassle-free check in/check out process. Location is very good and very convenient since it is connected to Sunshine Central. A very close 10mins drive to Penang Hill as well. Host is also very accommodating and responds to inquiries very quickly. Enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be coming back to stay when we have another Penang family 永安.

Top notch! Cuma untuk makanan halal, kena jalan sikit ke kampung melayu/ kedai nasi kandar. Dkt mall dia tak banyak pilihan lagi. Cuma ada muslim friendly shj. Lain2 terbaik! Dekat dengan penang hill
