Unexpected so run down hotel. Aircon compressor so loud that can't sleep. Door need to adjust, can't close well. Door safety lock nearly drop off. Poor maintenance. Breakfast is super good.

Buffet breakfast is excellent. Staff courteous and helpful. Surrounding apartment looks deserted, probably need more cameras surveillance. Safe environment.

They described the room with 30 m² space. With a refrigerator. When we first got our room, it was really small, with no fridge. Then we called the reception, they changed our room to the next door. The new room was spacious. However the fridge is not functioning at all. I think the bathroom could be cleaner, and they could provide extra towel for floor mat. It was more like a homestay rather than hotel. Breakfast was okay, because it was served by AMES hotel. Parking was okay.

최악이었습니다. 공사한다는 안내도없었고 밤늦게 도착해서 들어가는입구부터 귀신나올밥한곳을지나 어쩔수없이 체크인했는데 방은습하고 곰팡이냄새까지 도저히잘수없어 취소요청하고 한시간이상 실랑이하고 직원은 또얼마나불친절한지 ㅜㅜ 진짜 환불이 아니라 피해보상까지 받아야할정도였지만 트릿닷컴에서 잘해결해주어서 감사한마음입니다. 너무피곤했지만 도저히 잘수없어 밤10시에다시호텔잡고 택시타고이동하고 아이들과 다녀본호텔중 최악에 2~3만원정도도아까운 곳이었습니다. 최악이었내요. 방짐을 깨끗히빼라고 화내고

penginapan kali ni di bilik superior .... amat mengecewakan ... lantai tidak bersih ... penuh dengan habuk dan sampai ditepi2 katil .... rambut-rambut penginap sebelumnya byk di lantai.. kemudahan telefon dari bilik tidak berfungsi.. permintaan service mengambil masa yg sangat lama dan terpaksa renew semula aduan. lebih selesa bilik jenis apartment.

Location, good because near exit Ayer Keroh Not so good - amenities like towel, u have to request for extra even this room is for 3 pax. Other than that room is good Beds (1 single and 1 king) and pillow are comfy enough for 4 pax. Also got other amenities including breakfast for 3 pqx
