穆德扎法爾酒店 (Mudzaffar Hotel)

The bathroom water drainage is clogged, and the hand-washing basin is leaking. The carpet flooring was not clean and neat. The lift facilities are limited and are quite a distance from the far-end room.

Free car park available just outside the compound. The hotel staff is helpful for the guidance. Very large area at reception counter which a bit weird for a hotel that not busy with customer. Not just that, plenty of area is limited to access due to faulty or under construction. For a first time customer to arrive at the room, a bit disappointed to see the condition of the room itself. The chair is broken, the water heater pipe hose is missing, no mini fridge, towel provided is not a cotton, the toiletteries is low quality, water bottle provided is not a mineral type, the wall is not 100% soundproof. Nevertheless, the room is spacious, they also give a scent of orchard in the room, the toilet is spacious and equipped with bath tub. Wifi is provided but not dare to use it. A bit far from local eatery but if you have a car, not an issue. The area also covered with GrabFood and Panda delivery I'd a high expectation from the get go, but after seeing the condition of the room, it crush my hope. Overall, not worth the money for a proper 4 star hotel but there are plenty of aspects that can be improved which may lead to drastic improvement over the night.

I was so disappointed with the hotel! I think 1star look better than this hotel! Everything in this hotel look dirty and old! Terrible and scary walk towards the corridor to my room. Will not coming back again!  I wish I can put my video on the review!

Hotel lama which is perabot pon lama but still okay tapi aircond ada bilik yang kurang sejuk, bilik air ada singki tersumbat. Saya pergi masa PH jadi check in kene tunggu lama sebab bilik tak siap lagi, dapat welcom drink. Tapi nak dapat welcome drink tu pon lambat, hotel macam tak cukup staff. Breakfast tak banyak sangat pilihan, rasa pon biasa saja. Atau mungkin expectation saya tinggi dekat hotel ni tapi kurang memuaskan. Tapi family suite memang luas sangat, ada bathtub. View bilik pon cantik. Hope in future can serve the best.

Good hotel & nice view

Bilik yg bersih, makanan yg sedap, harga yg berpatutan, kolam rendang yg luas lg tenang. Hampir semua kemudahan yg di sediakan membuat saya happy. Ini adalah kali kedua saya menginap di sini. Syabas Hotel Muzaffar. InsyaAllah. Saya akan menginap lagi di sini.

I recently stayed at the Mudzaffar Hotel in Melaka, and while the hotel offers a convenient location and decent amenities, there were a couple of issues that affected my overall experience. Firstly, the room had an unpleasant carpet odor that was hard to ignore. Additionally, the room did not have a fridge, which was a downside for those looking to store perishables or cool drinks. These shortcomings aside, the hotel shows potential and could be a comfortable stay if these issues are addressed by the management.

Location strategic dlm kwsn bandar. Ada welcome drink. Bilik ok, bathroom nice. Toiletries pon disediakan. Bfast ok cuma turun kol 9.15 mknan byk da habis n da x top up lg. Overall recommended n akan stay lg bila dtg melaka
