安西亞酒店公寓 (Anthea Hotel Apartments)

Perfect location, tasty food, nice rooms!

Positives are location and staff. It then goes down hill dramatically. This property has a "down" on 3rd party bookings such as 永安. The hotel, as shown in all brochures and publicity, is lovely. However, as a 3rd party booking, you are allocated to the original, nearly 40 year blocks at the rear - NO REFERENCE OR MENTION OF THESE ON THEIR WEBSITE!! They are definitely inferior, which explains the large amount of complaints on a daily basis, by many other people. The answer is always, "the hotel is full" so try another day to move. So my advice is to avoid the property and spend a little more on quality of property. It's a classic, make your booking based on lovely pictures of rooms you will NEVER see. That's called deception and verging on fraud by all parties. After 18 hours of 'fighting the hotel directly' and using 永安 customer services, did my allocated room become livable. However, more problems occurred with a non working kettle and then leaking shower. My advice is simple, steer clear of this establishment. Although the manager we dealt with "fixed" our issues, never once was an apology. This speaks volumes!! I strongly believe there are loads of fake reviews(on 永安Advisor) with 5 star reviews and a couple of lines of rubbish, such as the food was big portions, same day posting from 5 "different" reviewers!! Finally the breakfast buffet was cold every day and also ran out of butter portions. Parking is on a side street, 1st come, 1st served basis. We're glad to be home. Cyprus lovely, Ayia Napa lovely, Anthea is rubbish.

La stanza si presentava molto luminosa, pulitissima e dotato di ogni comfort al di fuori dell'asciugacapelli. La stanza presentava un ampio balcone con vista interna sulla piscina. Al suo interno vi era anche una piccola cucina. Se avete affittato una macchina c'è un parcheggio per strada un pò più sopra dell'hotel vicino alla chiesa.

Самое удачное месторасположения. Рядом улицы баров и остановка автобуса до аэропорта, до пляжей т.д. Старые номера, конечно ушатанные, но удобные матрасы и хороший напор горячей воды, кондиционер в каждой комнате. Прекрасный персонал на ресепшене, русскоговорящий. Оперативно реагируют на просьбы. Спасибо. Вернемся еще

Great hotel,rooms are clean,great atmosphere.Food was nice qnd morning buffet was cheap and lots to pick from.Clubs are only 5 mins away and loads of shops around

The hotel was immaculate from the front stairs to our room. Everything felt really modern and cleanliness was always maintained to a great standard. The staff were really friendly and helpful where needed. From a vibes perspective I would say this hotel is better suited to young travellers and part go-ers as the pool has lively music all day which may not be appealing to families.

My Best Hotel Experience! Here are the things I loved: * The room was clean. * The pool was excellent in both quality and atmosphere. * I didn't have breakfast, but it was affordable, even cheaper than surrounding restaurants. * The presence of muscular security guards made me feel safe. * The location was excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere. A special mention: I was in a difficult situation because I only had Japanese Yen and couldn't pay for the bus. A female staff member helped me out by giving me Euro. I'm truly grateful for her kindness. I want to express my deepest respect and thanks to her in this comment section. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Apartahotel moderno e ben tenuto, in posizione strategica per visitare Agia Napa. Grande e con tutto il necessario. Non ho provato il ristorante, ma aveva un'ampia scelta. Unica pecca, i dispenser di shampoo e sapone in bagno erano vuoti. Tornerei senza dubbio.
