Location is accessible and ideal for families and travellers. They have their own bar and cafe with varieties to choose from. However, if you and your family would like something else, there are a lot of other options in the vicinity. What made the stay even more worthwhile was the customer service - friendly and attentive staff. Everyone always greets and smiles so that's an extra point. From front desk to housekeeping to the dining staff. Kudos Avenue Suites!

Madumi ang room,may bayad ang bata pag hindi mo dineclare. Gusto na nmin lumipat sa katapat na hotel pero no Cancellation super bad experience dto sa hotel na to.never again 👎🤮

Avenue Suites Hotel is in a great location. Close to the bustling heart of everything. The only negative is its a little pricey, compared to some of its much cheaper competitors, who are not quite so centrally located. Is paying a higher price worth the better location and slightly better facilities? The answer to this of course, will depend entirely on the individual traveller and his budget.

It was our first time staying. The bar and the breakfast was nice. There is a swimming pool and gym room. It is very nice. The only thing is our room is next to the main street. It is very noisy. Otherwise, all is well.

The room has poor sound-proofing, one can hear noise from the hallway up to the elevator lobby. The hotel staff themselves have poor breeding ("jologs") as they make rowdy noises at 4am. Hotel management does not monitor such atrocious behaviour in their premises. We had to call room service to complain about the noisy, irreverent, disrespectful, and boisterous hotel staff frolicking in the lobby.

Avenue Suites in Bacolod offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. Breakfast was satisfying, with a good variety of options to start the day right. The hotel also features a pool, which adds to the overall experience, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Die Bewertung sehr gut passt auf jeden Fall nicht zu unserem Zimmer. Insofern enttäuschend. Die Sauberkeit war nicht in Ordnung. Kein Fenster. Sollte zumindest in der Zimmerbeschreibung klar erkenntlich sein.

Het hotel is fantastisch met ruime kamers. Ontbijtservice is goed, alleen merk je geregeld dat het personeel niet goed oplet en weet te presteren vergissingen te maken na zelfs de bestelling terug te koppelen. Bijzonder knap. Op Joe en Axel na, dit zijn werkelijk toppers, keurig heren mijn complimenten!! Je kan heerlijk zitten bij het zwembad met een fitnessruimte eraan vastgesloten. De kaart is uitgebreid, echter is lang niet alles voorradig of heeft het personeel geen idee van wat ze ermee doen moeten. Flessen wijn serveren is schijnbaar een enorme kunst hier. Maar ach, toe maar dan…verder een sublieme plek. Aan te raden. Bovendien, je bent van alle gemakken voorzien in de nabije omgeving. 7/11 en allerlei andere winkels op loopafstand. Wil je een bromfiets huren, dan zal je een eind moeten wandelen of een tricycle moeten regelen, is zomaar gefixt. Je bent ook erg dichtbij een groot winkelcentrum en de haven naar andere bestemmingen. Top!! 9/10 mijn inziens.
