A liitle bit old, needs renovation to improve amenities. Elevator is very essential, it should be repaired the soonest possible time as not to cause hassle to customers.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my feedback. Overall, my stay was quite enjoyable—peaceful and relaxing. However, I did notice that some tiles on the flooring were detached, which slightly affected the overall impression of the room. I hope this information helps with your maintenance efforts. Overall, the staff were very professional and accommodating. But didn’t like the food that much. I also hope their breakfast is available for online booking.

The room is good, however I notice the distinct smell at the LOBBY area, The rats keep running around and the sofa smells awful. I'm not really sure why the receptionist can't smell that smell... I hope they can do something about the smell....

The hotel is okay as well as their staff, only that we had to ask for toilet paper because there was none in the bathroom. They also advertise buffet, which they used to offer but sadly, we were surprised it was plated but cost us their previous buffet price. ☹️
