Restaurant must have more selection of Fresh Juices don't use powder juice for early morning meal. Room must have a Rug in the Bathroom area All STAFF are Very HELPFUL and with a 🙂🙂🙂 Always RECOMMENDED HOTEL🥰 HONEYMOON EXPERIENCE

Location is close to port and near SM bacolod. Breakfast is okay. The wave pool works but is not turmed on often. We o ly experienced the waves once for 5 mins. The pool needs to be cleaned. Parking is no problem. Overall a good place for a fair price..

While my overall experience was positive, I did notice that bottled water was not provided in the room during this stay, which was a slight inconvenience. That said, the hotel’s strengths (like its prime location and dining options) still make it a top choice for me. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing easy access to the port, and I’m confident the team would address minor oversights like the water if mentioned. A reliable pick for both business and leisure!
