Reasonably maintained building, good water heater in both rooms I was at, reasonably fast and stable wifi, everyone was nice, professional an polite. was a comfortable 'home away from home' in Bacolod. Nice authentic filipino breakfast options for a 'foreigner' to taste some local food. Super central location. I was able to just walk everywhere.

Average hotel, looks ok from the outside and around the lounge, the rooms are alittle worn out and noisy aircon and roasters can make a peaceful nights sleep alittle rough if your a light sleeper. The location is next to the bacolod bay walk and sm megastores.

I checked in earlier than the check in hours, when I arrived around 4 am they asked for my TIN number, but I said I don't have a TIN number since I'm a student, after back and forth arguments, the gave me the key, when I arrived at my room the door won't open and then someone opened the door and they were using it! So I went back at the front desk and they apologized and gave me another key, the room number is 306, when I entered, I checked my room, the pillow case has a stain, furnitures are creaking and the worst was the toilet does not flush, I had to use the garbage bin as a pail to flush. The room was also not sound proof and I can here the other guests noise. When I checked out, they were cheeky to overcharge me but I said I was hours before my check out time and they gave me my deposit. Overall a horrible experience. Not recommended
