NO ELEVATOR!!! Not for people with disabilities, AC wasn’t working properly, basic hotel commensurate to price, only good thing is Alex in front desk and julius was king and accommodating, and location is near restaurants and pasalubong centers, will not likely stay at this hotel again when in Bacolod

The hotel was rebranded. It didn't have an elevator, which could be a bit inconvenient. However, the location is very nice. The rate is also affordable.
