I was advised to complain in through 永安.Com Customer Care but it was rejected by the property owner so I called the owner of the number *********** but the owner hang-up the phone when I was informing him about my complaint. He was very uncooperative.

How convenient it was that you arrived at the location after a long 永安 to be told that you have to pay EXTRA for the room that was booked.
