I am a Baguio girl and have always wanted to stay here. We have finally checked in and heave tried the free breakfast. We are glad we did. Stayed for three nights and 4 days. Customer service is amazing! Food is awesome!

The hotel is nice, accessible. But I hope they clean and change the beddings. There are a lot of bed bugs biting.

Hotel Supreme, Baguio City – A Mix of Warm Service and Missed Expectations I booked my stay through the 永安 app, but unfortunately, the room I was given looked noticeably different from the photos advertised. That initial mismatch was a letdown. On the bright side, the hotel is in a very accessible location—right next to the main road, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel staff were genuinely warm and accommodating, which helped ease the initial disappointment. However, the hotel itself shows signs of age. There’s a noticeable musty odor that lingers, a clear sign that the facilities could use some updates. There's no complimentary coffee, and if you need drinking water, you'll have to leave your room and fetch it from a dispenser in the corridor—not the most convenient setup. Overall, it’s a decent place if you prioritize location and friendly staff, but be prepared to manage your expectations when it comes to the amenities and the actual room experience.

Location is good..along the highway so it's not easy to take a ride..amenities and services was good,staffs were acommodating as well ..but the cleanliness is not that so good.but still I can say still good.. Thank you hotel Supreme for your service!

The staff are all nice and friendly as they allowed us to leave our belongings on the reception area since we arrived early as the check in time is 2pm. They also allowed us to leave our bags even after our check in at 12 nn because we still roam around Baguio and left at night. The room service is also kind of good as we manage to get a help in setting up the hot shower. The room is also clean and worthy of the price you paid since we did not stay much at the hotel as we most the time outside while the location is kind of far from Burnham park but it is just near the La trinidad benguet and few blocks aways from Bell church which is also a great place to visit. The only issue we had is the service water as it seems to have an after taste and the breakfast that did not manage to finish because it also has a aftertaste. Overall the stay is good.

Super old and smell is something else. CR the place, i did not want to complain because i just got it for only around 1,800. The worst part was a lot of insects, which looked like small cockroaches, were in the sheets. Traffic was too loud that its impossible to sleep. No parking too. We were wet from the rain from walking to where we parked. The only good thing was that some of the staff were considerate. Oh the water tasted like fish.

The new building is ok. The old one is without aircon. Old and full of dust. Poorly maintained building. We upgraded to the new building with a fee. No choice since it is impossible for us to stay in the old building where it is literally old, toilets and everything Breakfast is so so no options at all. You cannot request hair blower and iron. They do not have that. If they have it, it comes with an exorbitant fees.

Had a stay here for 2 nights with complementary breakfast and I could say that they serve tasty breakfast and the staff are friendly and accomodating. I arrived in Baguio very early but since I could check in later in the afternoon so I tried asking the receptionist if I can check-in early. The hotel became full house the night prior to my arrival so early check in was not amenable, however, they offered that I could leave my belongings so that it wont be a toil on me while I roam downtown while waiting for my check-in time. Toiletries and towels are provided except for bedrooom slippers, which I see as a very slight problem. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!👌🏻
