No face towels. No slippers. No bidet. The location of the table is not good. Masyadong masikip pinag pwestohan and ang liit. It would be better if may Microwave, mini ref and pagpainitan ng tubig.

Very good location - walking distance to session road, Burnham and city market. For CR- no bidet and malakas pressure ng water bumbulwak from time to time and nkkabasa ng shirt Bed is very comfy and soft.

Never again. No bidet, no heater, free soap felt like rock on my skin, free shampoo/conditioner made my hair dry.

The place was clean and the staff were very welcoming and nice. However, there’s no bidet in the bathroom. We aksed for 2 mugs and we were advised that it will be delivered in a few minutes but it was not. We needed to go down to ask again.  The ceiling fan was working but it’s not helpful. The TV is turning ON itself from time to time.  Good thing is that they have free drinking water (hot and cold). Could have been more accomodating of there’s at least free coffee.  Overall rating is still 8/10.  Thank you!

The hotel is very accessible to central market and other tourists attraction. Need to improve facilities especially shower. No hot shower that very important in cold places like Baguio. Thank you

Location is good. This is about right in front of the City Hall and very near to Burnham Park. There’s water dispenser in the hallways.  Room is very clean and bed is comfortable. I echo though the complaints of other guests about the water pressure. It is intermittent and will get you wet sometimes. Also hotel staff needs to tap their card everytime you have to get up to your floor which is a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, despite of the issues I mentioned, we still had a positive experience with this hotel and we’re looking forward in booking again with them.
