The hotel is nice, near on the tourist spots and most of the places are just walking distance

The room and amenities were great! Very accommodating staffs. Walking distance for most of the tourist spots! Highly recommended!

Would have rated 5 stars for all categories but few honest opinions: 1. Wifi connection needs improvement. Average speed is 10mbps. Network is not very stable. Network gets disconnected every now and then. 2. Shower needs to be on 10mins prior the water gets warm (only gets to lukewarm). Would have been a plus if water gets heated without wasting water and if water gets warmer than lukewarm. Overall, pleasant stay. Really good value for money. Bed is really comfortable and staff is pleasing. Location is really where it is best, 5min walk to Burnham Park which is the center of everything. :)

old building , previously according to the guard own by eurotel . We arrived at 5am we directly went to the hotel leave our thing and make pasyal to burham park ,cathedral and ate our breakfast and at 9am we go back to the hotel to fill up all required documents needed for check in and settle deposit. We asked if we can request for early check in but they refused so we slept in chair while sitting because we all tired, 11 am we decided to ate our lunch and we went back at 1pm while waiting we asked again the receptionist its almost 2 pm if we can now check in but they refused again till 2pm some visitors arrived but they already have rooms but to us they kept on saying not yet ready till almost 3 pm not yet clean till they decided to transfer us to another room number ,what I want to emphasized here this kind of hotel doesnt know how to prioritized and value there visitors for a price of 2900 for 2 without any breakfast too high price for a room only, I have no choice at that time because they the only hotel online near burham park . The Hotel Veniz , 456 hotel are also there near the park cheaper with breakfast much nice ambiance than this , but Im not sure if theyre online.

Great place to stay..best choice we change here on our 2nd day in baguio.. the room were aesthetically great,with the municipal hall view and street.place were near in burnham and its in the center .. we love the space all of it i wish we couldve stayed more.. value for money, amenities were all perfect , from toiletries and cofee and heater inside. Cute space but undeniably great for couples. Friendly staff and approachable the servc were really superb too..welcomming and warm..hope our nxt 永安 we will stay here again..thank you so much😍😊trully value for money and really budget frien

Only in the Philippines, and this is the first hotel I've seen rated 3 stars yet can't afford to provide a toilet seat! Level 4 is under rehab, so it smells dusty all the way up to the 6th floor.

The location of this hotel makes our 1st 永安 to Baguio very very convenient. This location is very accessible, most of the attractions are walking distance. I just hope they have a family room that can accommodate a family of 4 so that we can still stay here together with our kids. Hotel staff are very courteous and polite.

Disappointing Stay: A Review of Our Recent Experience We had the misfortune of staying at this hotel for the second time, and unfortunately, we will never come back here. Firstly, the constant construction noise from the hotel's renovation site made it difficult for us to get a good rest. We had expected a more serene experience given the hotel's location. We request to change room yet no available rooms but we see some vacant rooms until the next day. We also request for refund but it is not possible! On top of that, the shower temperature was inconsistent. Sometimes, the water would be scalding hot, while other times it would be freezing cold. This made it a challenge for us to have a comfortable shower. We also had issues with the check-in process. Despite booking a room that included a buffet breakfast, the hotel staff kept informing us that it was not included. It was only when we pressed them for further clarification. Another thing, it was plated breakfast that they were serving, not a buffet as initially stated. What's more, the hotel's phone lines were not functioning properly, making it impossible for us to contact the staff with our concerns. Sadly, this stay has made us question our decision to come back to this hotel again. Compared to other establishments like the Burnham Hotel, which offer a much more seamless and enjoyable experience, we would not recommend this hotel to travelers. To travelers out there, we recommend being cautious and do your research before booking a room at this hotel. It's not worth the hassle and disappointment that we experienced during our stay.

The Best thing about this Hotel was it's near from the city proper. They gave us a room that's not we booked for and they responded quick when we ask for a much better room. Not much clean tho we understand that the hotel was undergoing a minor renovations. No complimentary drinking water and one of the receptionist keep us waiting for almost 30 mins to check in and she don't know how to smile. All in all a 7 out of 10 review for Tuscany Hotel.
