We had a lovely 3-night stay at The Forest Lodge in Baguio! The service was warm and welcoming—special mention to the ever-helpful guards who went above and beyond, assisting us with umbrellas and our bags during the rainy weather. Housekeeping was attentive and made sure all our requests were promptly taken care of, adding to the comfort of our stay. Our room was clean and cozy, though the TV was a bit small and dated, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Nestled inside the serene Camp John Hay, the location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing Baguio getaway. Looking forward to coming back!

酒店環境和設施都很好，前台也很熱情。重要的是重要的是一樓自帶的餐廳味道和價錢都很不錯，個人感覺比營地門口的那些餐廳要好。

We are regular guests of this hotel. Only comment was, some room ammenities need improvements, like facial tissues, kitchenette utensils and complimentary tea/coffee bar.

We stayed Nov at the 3rd floor back view and it was so hot specially in the morning time were the sun is facing the window. You cannot stand to stay in the room and bear the hot tempreture inside the room. And in the evening since you need to open the window to let cold wind circulate in the room but the downside you can hear the loud voice of other guest chatting until late hours. Even if they have reminders in the room about the silent time is from 10pm. I called the receptionist to complain but still they havent dont anything about it. I guess the hotel managment should consider installing aircondition since we all aware about the climate change. Its not that cold anymore in baguio considering its already November.

We had a rough booking process but in the end it was smoothen out. This was due to the typhoon that hit the country hard the day before. 永安 was helpful in extending their service which as always is efficient. Our stay check in and our stay was nice. It was restful mostly but the first night. There was a bunch at the parking (room 451) who were loud even at wee hours. The lobby was nicely decorated with Christmas trees, figurines and there were dozens of lights. It was magical! The weather was terrific too. Upon checking there’s PhP3000 deposit which was returned to us upon our checkout. Our checkout process took us about 10 mins. We

I needed to request for bath towels everyday. After cleaning they did not even replenish the towels & the water, it was also noisy since the rooms are facing the parking, if you close the windows it’ll be hot since there are no A/C’s

No aircon so it can get hot specially in the afternoon. Maybe it is okay in colder months but for summer and the month of june it was quite hot in the afternoon as there was no aircon and there was no breeze coming in. We were transferred to another room facing the room and somehow it was better as the breeze was coming in. The bathroom smelled bad though
