I had such a great experience at Qız Qalası Hotel — the location in the Old City is unbeatable, just a short stroll from the historic sights and within easy walking distance of Nizami Street and all the best cafés and shops. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and what really made my stay special was how genuinely warm, polite, and helpful the staff were they went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome and had everything I needed. Every interaction with them felt friendly and personal, and I left feeling truly looked after; I’d happily stay here again on my next visit!

I never expected this level of service. Even after staying in top 5-star hotels, this hotel truly surpassed them. From the moment we arrived, we were given a warm and welcoming reception. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The host and staff were exceptional — attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Whenever we asked for water or tea, it was provided immediately, without having to ask multiple times. There were no hidden charges, and everything was straightforward. The hotel feels like a home away from home. Clean, comfortable, and with such a personal touch, it made our stay in Baku unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Old City. 😍

Отель супер! Мы остались очень довольны. Красивые большие номера выполнены в восточном стиле, все сделано с любовью и с заботой о гостях. В номере есть все: утюг, гладильная доска, чай, кофе, чайник, в душе полный набор, включая зубную щетку и пасту. Очень удобное расположение, девичья башня, фуникулер, набережная - все в двух шагах. Персонал приветливый, ночью заселили без проблем, перед отъездом на весь день оставили им вещи на ресепшене. Оболденый вид с террасы. И цена отличная! Спасибо большое! Обязательно приедем еще.

Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The staff, despite most not speaking English, were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to assist us and were always smiling. Their warmth, friendliness, and professionalism made a lasting impression. We were consistently met with kindness and a willingness to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, hospitality and location.
