I recently stayed at Mövenpick Baku and the experience was disappointing. The check-in process was very slow, and the reception staff did not seem well trained to handle guest requests, which left a poor first impression. Room cleaning was also below average and did not meet expectations for this type of hotel. On the positive side, the location is better than other branded hotels in the area, but overall the service and cleanliness both need significant improvement.

Excellent stay. The room was comfortable and spotless, and everything worked perfectly. Special thanks to your reception team - Fatima, Leman and Suleyman were exceptionally helpful, courteous and efficient throughout my stay. Their assistance made everything easy. Many thanks, and I look forward to returning.

I had a very pleasant experience overall. The service was professional and friendly, and the staff made sure I felt welcomed throughout my stay. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which added to the overall convenience. I particularly enjoyed the food—it was fresh, flavorful, and offered a good variety. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything felt well-organized. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience that I would definitely recommend to others.

Location is good. Hotel room is huge, we loved it. Hotel toilet needs some renovation though. Breakfast view was fantastic at lvl 15. Staff service was very very slow. Needs improvement. When we asked for breakfast takeaway cos we were rushing to the airport, they packed ALOT of things for us! Thank you movenpick!

經常出差到巴庫，已經是固定住所。位置很方便，特別是到古城，完全可以步行。早餐很豐盛，也是在高層可以看見海。房間很寬敞，住久了不會壓抑。

مع إن إدارة الفندق جديدة .ولكن هم غير متعاونون وخصوصاً في تغيير الغرف " حجزت غرفة ديلوكس تطل على البحر منذ فترة طويلة ولكن بمجرت وصولي لم اتمكن من أخذ الغرفة المطلوبة بحجت أن الفندق ممتلئ " وهذا غير صحيح" فهم يعطون الأولوية لمعارفهم فقط تعامل الموظف " almoon" لم تعجبني أبدا ارجوا التحقيق في الموضوع لم يغير لي الغرفة مع وجود غرف خالية في الفندق وهذة ليست المرة الأولى This article is in Arabic, please translate it

Ne iyi ne kötü. Oda geniş. Ferah. Mobilya vasat. Arka manzaralı oda. Resepsiyon idare eder. Kahvaltıda çeşit yeterli ama kaliteli değil. İçeri şehire yürüme mesafesi olması oldukça iyi. Park yeri mevcut. Tercih edlir ama çok beklenti olmasın. Tercih nedenim şehir içi otellerin eski dar odalı, sorunlu banyoları ve gürültülü ve park sorunu olmasıdır.

Хороший отель цена/качество. Удобно расположен, до центральной улицы 5 минут пешком. Персонал услужливый, стараются, но не все просьбы выполняют с первого раза, приходится просить по 3-4 раза. Кондей в номере не работает на обогрев, батареи нет, поэтому ооочень холодно. В итоге заболел там
