Villa本身比照片好太多太多了 超乎預期的美好 首先，第一天入住的Reception “Wulan” 非常細心、專業，而且充滿熱情與笑容的接待我們並且介紹所有飯店設施 住宿過程中有任何需求都很熱情為我們服務 飯店維護的非常好，硬體設施都很棒 泳池拍照也非常好看 最後一定要稱讚villa早餐的部分 出乎意料的好看與好吃 到這裡可以租摩托車去市區玩，villa位置比較靜謐，這樣很好，能夠好好放鬆與休息。 再次感謝villa全體工作人員，還有送給我們的驚喜！

我不知道該怎麼形容我在房間看到的震撼 窗外就是飽和度超高的風景 我拍照都不需要調濾鏡 而且所有的管家們都超友好 非常非常體貼 泳池的觀景還可以看到日落 房間也非常乾淨舒適 早餐準備得非常精緻和用心 還會提前詢問你的飲食偏好 來這裏真的是你bali之行別樣的體驗 我會再來的 我會再來的！！！

One of the most extraordinary stays we have ever had. The service was incredible and the hotel is so special. Thank you Cok Wulan and your team for making us feel so relaxed and looked after!

The room is a bit small, but it has a great view and excellent service.

Это самое лучшее место, в котором я жила в Убуде, 2 дня было очень мало, мы сделали там лучшие фото и заказали ванную с цветами. Ребята, вы молодцы, люблю, вернусь!

Отель находиться не далеко от центральной улицы Убуда, персонал каждый день уточняет какой будет завтрак. Номер был с видом на джунгли, он был уютный, хотелось побольше места, но в целом все было чисто и убрано. Каждый день меняют полотенца и перестилают кровать 🧘🏼♀️😊 единственное, что было нам не удобно, заселения в отеле 15:00

很像民宿，挺美的，但衞生一般，枕頭也不是很乾凈。熱水很慢……烏布本來就像一個大農村。不建議報太高的期待～但白天還是很美，蚊子巨多！

La entrada al hotel me parece inaceptable. No tienen aseos públicos solamente los privados de la habitación, por lo que si estás en la piscina o en alguna parte del hotel tendrás que ir obligado hasta la habitación...

這次的ubud之旅訂了這間villa，衹能説很滿意 非常滿意😀 reception的女生都很friendly，她們都很有禮貌！而且service都很好，打去給他們都會立刻回覆和解決我們的問題！ 環境一級棒👍我想我可以待在這裏一整天！真的好舒服，而且泳池也太出片！ 大家必須來這裏體驗！

The stay started with a faulty rain shower which the staff kindly fixed the next day. Then the broken hairdryer which the staff kindly fixed the next day. The AC in the room kept producing sounds especially in the night which was disruptive to sleep. The deal-breaker was towards the end of the stay when we were preparing to check out then we realised one of the 2 glass bottles provided by the hotel which we had been drinking from for our 2 night stay had algae at the bottom!!! I understand the need to be environmentally friendly and have no issues with reusing glass bottles for water refill but they need to be at least CLEAN in the first place since they are being used for drinking water. I fell sick after check out and am now worried about health. We reported this algae incident to the staff upon check out and also completed their feedback form to provide them with a record of this terrible incident. It's been a week now but the hotel has not provided any follow up email or contact on any attempt of service recovery. How is this supposed to be a 5-star hotel! I'm absolutely disappointed with this and wanted to give the hotel a chance to at least provide a reasonable explanation but I haven't heard from them at all even though I had given them my contact details.
