Pros: The place looks beautiful overall — the mountain view is stunning, the staff is lovely, and the geothermal pool is an absolute delight. The food from the menu is also very tasty. Cons: There are lots of flies, and the glamping site is located right next to a road. Aside from noisy neighbors, there are constantly loud motorbikes passing by (as you can imagine, there's no soundproofing in the tents). Breakfast was disappointing, unlike the dishes we ordered from the main menu. Inside the tent, everything feels quite worn out — the lamps are hanging loosely, there’s an unpleasant smell in the closet, and overall it seems like the place isn’t being properly maintained.

Amazing place Only one thing I could mention that I think it’s worth trying to tell guests about the etiquette of staying in clamping ,that you have to be quite while you in the tent Was waking up to neighbours were talking really loud and calling someone at 4 am

Место потрясающее!!! Атмосферно, необычно, красивый большой бассейн с горячей водой. Комфортные номера с кондиционером и хорошие кровати. Ресторан при глемпинге - это отдельная история, можно приехать только в него, очень вкусно, качественное меню. Самое большое беспокойство это цикады в это время года, шум от них стоял такой, что разговаривать невозможно. Я бы приехала еще раз, но уже когда будет не сезон цикад)

Pengalaman menginap yang sangt luar biasa, pemandang indah kolam renang air hangat langsung mengarah gunung, suasana disia g hari agak bising karena ada binatang yg sangat ribut suaranya dan nyaring tpi kalo menjelang malam hari sudah tenang lagi makanannya enak enak breakfastnya juga luar biasa untuk harga memang agak pricy tapi dijamin itu sangat worth it dengan apa yang kita dapatkan disana

Great spot. I’ve been clamping in the area before. The other place had a regular pool (quite chilly actually). And we went in the afternoon to the public hot springs, which were quite busy. This had a private hot springs pool. Great views of Batur and surrounding mountains. Really nice rooms. Everything was amazing.

Неплохой вариант на один день. Местоположение отеля удачное, красивый вид на вулкан, стилизация тоже понравилась. Отдельный плюс за бассейн с горячим источником. Но шум от цикад и количество мух делают отдых не совсем комфортным. Также не понравилось, что очень скупой завтрак.

Very nice location Food is great Just a suggestion , maybe to also consider shuttle services for guest to nearby areas I think most guest would appreciate this extra service since hotel is quite out of the way

Место потрясающее!!! Атмосферно, необычно, красивый большой бассейн с горячей водой. Комфортные номера с кондиционером и хорошие кровати.
