Не сразу нашли виллу при заселении, но в остальном все супер, на самом деле очень удобная локация для проживания в Улувату, сама вилла очень чистая, новая, так же ребята предлагают различные активности за мего адекватный ценник

Absolute dream villa! We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa and it was fully furnished and the kitchen had everything (stove, microwave, over, utensils etc). It’s like walking into a Pinterest board / some fancy Instagram page. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. Everything in the villa is well maintained and clean (the villa is new considering it only opened in 2024). We fell in love with the Mediterranean concept and layout. Makes it very cool and trendy and lots of natural light passes into the villa which makes it really stunning. Breakfast was tasty with a menu to choose your preferred meal. You can request for floating breakfast at an additional charge. The only downside however is the location. It’s pretty remote and out of the way. Most of the Gojek drivers could not navigate and drop us off directly at the villa, because there was some road closure / private road that was closed to the public at the time we stayed (Sep 2025). However, we were informed that there was another way to get to the villa directly (somehow all the Gojek drivers couldn’t figure out though as the Google maps showed otherwise). We had to take a short walk up (about 3 minutes) to get to the reception. Otherwise, all good. The check-in process could have been smoother and the instructions for placing breakfast orders could be improved. Special thanks and shoutout to the butlers there - Rudi & Ayu for their exceptional service! Overall, a very memorable stay!

The villa is nice, we stayed 3 nights and we asked for a late checkout (and we asked the price since we were not expecting it for free). They kept us waiting till the day before of our departure without clear feedback so that at the end we had to book an extra FULL NIGHT even tho we left at 8 pm. Not very kind, indeed I won’t come back.

Красиво и идеально для фотосессии. Местоположение хорошее, до пляжа Padang Padang - 10 минут

Невероятной красоты вилла, хочется сфотографировать каждый уголок. Приятный персонал, готовый во всем помочь

Very nice villa. We had a good stay here. The staff were very accommodating of our needs. Will definitely come back again.
