I found bed bugs and the hotel did not at all take the issue seriously, I don't think the staff really understood the gravity as they acted like it was normal. Pool is out of order, which was not disclosed at time of booking.

The room and location was nice, however the welcome drink was a ginger water (what’s the point), the afternoon tea we paid extra for was instant coffee and a sandwich, there was a cockroach in the room, and we asked them to turn on the ac in the gym in the morning, but they didn’t. Finally, we broke a mug and they wanted 100,000 for it…

Overall a really poor experience. My first room had dirty towels and bedsheets, and mosquitoes coming from the drain in the bathroom. I moved rooms and the second room still had the previous guest's clothes in. The staff were not very supportive throughout the experience and kept saying they needed to speak to management and at no point did management contact me to discuss. The location also isn't great as it is quite isolated. Half of the hotel is under construction with overgrown plants and smashed windows so not a great atmosphere either.

Hotel sympa malgré la localisation. J'ai eu un peu peur en voyant les avis mais le rapport qualité/prix est très correct. Positif + : Le service client. Qualité irréprochable du personnel. Accueil sympathique et restaurant à disposition toute la journée Positif : - Il est possible de se faire livrer via Grab à n'importe quelle heure - Un verre de bienvenue est donné. Négatif : - La localisation, l'hotel est un peu situé au milieu de nul part. - Les tarifs du restaurants, il va vous falloir un certain budget si vous souhaitez manger chaque jour dans le restaurants (environ 60000rp pour le petit déjeuner) - L'entretien de l'extérieur, c'est dommage de voir que l'intérieur est propre et entretenu mais que l'extérieur fait abandonné Note global : 4/5

The worst place to stay!!! Already from the entrance you can see that it’s neglected. Everything is old and unclean. Once stepped into the room didn’t want to stay there even a minute. Dirty bedsheets, mosquitoes and ants on the floor, not to mention the toilet….disgusting! This place doesn’t need the maintenance, it’s has to be closed. I didn’t stay there even though my booking wasn’t refundable. Don’t recommend this place to anyone!
