I mistakenly booked this room from 永安I searched ubud but 永安 show me this hotel this hotel is situated at tulamban and when I asked my driver about our hotel he said it's not at ubud its another place and I immediately called the hotel and ask for cancellations and refunded they said okay but when I asked to 永安 they said it can't refund. It was very bad experience with 永安. After this 永安 I won't use 永安 yeah it's also my fault. But I am not familiar with location here at Indonesia.
