1. Went there to view the place and enquiry for two rooms, was told the pool views rooms are available before we made a booking on 永安. upon conformation was told our booking were Garden views, but we were unable to modified to Pool views because there were already taken from the system even though it were still vacant and available. The owner insisted we must top up additional Rp300,00.00 in order the take the Pool views rooms. We suspected this may be their tactic to earn extra money by blocking the pool views room. 2. The pool view wasn't as great as we hoped because early morning, other group will come there to swim and make noises affected our sleep. 3. Breakfast was a letdown, and the cleanliness was a big issue with flies everywhere. 4. Overall, not a great experience, not even basic toiletry provided, and we will not planning to return.
