The stay was in a family suite. Room was good, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was small and there was an unpleasant odour, but to be fair it was during the floods in the area. Staff were nice and the food was good.

Bettwäsche klebt und stinkt, man glaubt kaum, dass die gewaschen worden . Toilette riecht unglaublich komisch. Der Pool ist grün und nicht wie auf den Bildern. Bilder müssen daher wirklich sehr alt sein.

Staff hotel ramah², Kamar cukup bersih , nuansa japanese, ukuran tidak terlalu besar tapi cukup untuk keluarga kecil, lokasi jika berkendara dekat pantai Sindhu, Mertasari daerah Sanur, parkir mobil cukup untuk 5 sd 7 mobil tergantung ukura mobil😁

Отель подойдет для не долгосрочного размещения. Я была одну ночь и мне было слишком шумно у дороги. Несмотря на это сам отель чистый, аккуратный, постельное и полотенца в порядке, сантехника немного устала, ванная очень небольшая, но и цена за отель соответствует. Персонал был добрый, отзывчивый и внимательный. При отеле есть кафе, ела там вкусный удон.

We booked a family room with 2 queen beds. The room is quite large and looked clean, but bed sheet and bath towels need to be replaced, yes towels are that old. The bathroom is small and could use some cleaning. The sewage smell would spread through out the room and very unpleasant.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Hotel Samurai! The hotel is new and spotlessly clean, and everything we needed was easily accessible. The warm, attentive service from the wonderful hotel staff made us feel completely at home in Bali.
