We stayed for three nights and were truly impressed by Karaya Villas Umalas. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed having our own private pool, and it was so convenient to take a bath right after a swim. In addition, the breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and feel at home after a long day of exploring. A special thank you to the friendly reception team including Ayu, Lia, and Juni for their excellent service. They were warm, welcoming, and communicated very well. It was clear they genuinely cared, as they remembered each guest and were always ready to help. We would definitely love to visit again!

The service here is exceptional. The lady at the front desk was so kind, and the entire staff greeted us with big smiles every single day. They were always eager to help with a "can-do" attitude. The villa itself is very new, modern, and kept spotlessly clean. I’m so happy I chose to stay here!

Lovely staff, who tried their best to make up for issues with the pool when I first arrived. Once it was safe to use, it was great not much around the hotel, but very easy Grab ride or 20+ minute walk to lots of restaurants.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Karaya Villa Umalas. The villa was exceptionally clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Ayu and her team were incredibly kind and helpful with all our enquiries, and we truly appreciated their thoughtful assistance in many situations throughout our stay. They even surprised me with a birthday cake and beautiful decorations, which we absolutely did not expect — such a lovely and memorable touch. We will definitely return the next time we visit Bali!

Wonderful villa with all equipment and amenities u need for the comfortable and joyful holiday. The service staff deserves special warm words. Everyone, without exception, has become like family. They always greet us and see us off with a smile, asking about our plans and mood. We simply didn't want to leave mostly because of them. Big respect to the owner of the hotel that created such wonderful atmosphere and the best team I have seen ever. We definitely come back very soon. Love you, guys.
