Great villa true to the images provided, after spending week at Bali this is the best accommodation we have had there.

This villa is impeccable! The interior design and decoration is so aesthetic and on point! Also, every floor feels so clean and things are tidy, felt so cozy and relax to stay here! Will definitely come back again when I visit Bali next time!

We stayed one night at Casa Cherish Villa in Bali (2-bedroom villa). Overall, the villa itself was nice, but we had a very uncomfortable experience during check-out. When we arrived, there were only 3 towels provided in total. Since there were two of us, we didn’t complain and assumed it might be prepared for up to 3 guests. The next morning, before check-out, we went out for breakfast for about 30 minutes. Around 11:30am, we checked out and were waiting in front of the villa for our Grab. At that point, the supervisor approached us and said one towel was missing. We explained clearly that we only received 3 towels from the beginning. However, they insisted that they were correct and suggested that we might have accidentally packed the towel in our luggage. To avoid any misunderstanding, we fully cooperated and allowed them to check our belongings, and we also showed our bags ourselves. Nothing was found. Even after that, we later received a message asking us to check the motorbike we used earlier, implying again that we might have taken the towel. This was very disappointing and frustrating, as we only went out briefly for breakfast and did not go anywhere like the beach. We felt uncomfortable being treated with suspicion over something that was likely a mistake on their side. It would have been more professional if they had properly checked their inventory before accusing guests. We hope the management improves their handling of such situations in the future, as this experience affected our overall impression of the stay.
