I am so sorry, this place got me disappointed. I booked 2 Superior room. My room was not bad, but the smell of cigar is so strong. My friend room was fine, until the water from the bathroom when she showered, came out and flooding all around the room until outside the room as well.  No parking for car. Maybe next time, it’s better to put the superior room picture on the website as well, so the people like me don’t feel like got scam. Because the picture in Agoda, or 永安 they just showing Deluxe room only. Thank you!

Yeah definitely recommend this place as it on the cheaper side and definitely easy to go for a walk around the shops and not too far from the lil party street booked this place like the fourth time now just cause it’s convenient

酒店位置很低調，通過街邊一個藍色圓牌子及上面的文字才找到。出門便是鬧市，餐廳很多，不遠處就是Bingtang超市，售賣高品質進口產品，但酒店內部很安靜，有點像是北京胡同，裏面安靜出門便是鬧市。但我更喜歡這裏一點，因為充滿了綠色和花香，酒店旁邊是一個估計有50-100年歷史的廟宇，廟在峇裏島十分普遍，每一個家庭都有一座廟，很細膩，也很美，不像中國城市到處是格子，全是混凝土。

I'm not sure how this hotel got four stars. It's fairly basic I guess for the price, I wasn't expecting much. But the bedding smells like urine. The room doesn't come with water or a kettle. No elevator, so keep that in mind, luckily I was just one level up . Its drop off is on the road side, no driveway or place to park or stop.

There was honestly no other issue, just with cleanliness. But I think leaving piss stains on the toilet seat is absolutely unforgivable, hence why I can't give a better review...

Очень удобное расположение, в 2 минутах большой супермаркет. Пляж в 10 минутах пешком. Санузлы в номерах нужнаются в реновации. Персонал отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Уборка в номерах только по запросу

We really enjoyed our stay at Singgah. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed and was cleaned as often as we needed it. We enjoyed the common area on the second floor as a great place to relax outside of our room.  The pool was always nice and warm and frequently cleaned. The location is also great so close to lots of great restaurants and bars as well as Bintang supermarket which was very convenient.  We will definitely be back 😊

HORRIBLE don’t go there ever. The room was gross paint coming of the walls holes in the ceiling that leaked. Dirty stains on the sheets. During the stay nothing was changed. The pool water was too dirty to sleep in. Smelly room and bathroom. I don’t know how the hotel got 4 stars it doesn’t deserve it. many things were broken.

酒店一進來就是東南亞那種寺廟，有種壓抑感，並且床單，被單看起來有點泛黃，酒店入駐門口有點狹窄，打的很難找到，非常不方便，本來入住三晚想退掉一晚，時間上完全來得及結果還被永安和店家拒絕，比較噁心吧，同樣價格在當地還有不少，也就早餐還可以吧，是現做的，但選擇餘地非常有限，不是這個沒有就是那個沒有
