地點超方便，走路就能到熱鬧的 Legian 街區，附近吃的、按摩、超商都有。房間乾淨、床很舒服，冷氣也給力。泳池氣氛很好，晚上會有點音樂跟燈光，拍照很美。 服務人員態度很親切，特別是櫃枱的接待，幫忙安排交通、寄放行李都很有效率。早餐算中上，有印尼和西式選擇。唯一小缺點是隔音一般，晚上街邊有點吵，但還能接受。 整體來說 CP 值高，適合第一次來峇裏島想住在熱鬧區域又不想花太多的人。

The balcony railing was wobbly and disconnected from the wall. I could shake it and I guess if I lent across it would’ve fell off. The rains were nothing special. The balcony was 1 m x 1 m but the location was great. It was okay for the price, I guess.

Hotel location was excellent, lots of shops and amenities around the area. Most review about this hotel was that the hotel was noisy at night but actually it’s really quiet when we stayed. The downside was the service, we requested a twin room for both of our rooms but only one is ready when we checked in even though it had passed the time for checked in. Then the receptionist told us that the bed will be changed to twin at 7pm without any other info. So then we left the hotel for walk, by the time we returned to the hotel it was already around 9pm probably. And the receptionist already changed, not the same person anymore. We then asked about the bed but the new receptionist was completely unaware of the situation which means the previous receptionist didn’t informed him at all. And the new receptionist told us to check the room because probably the bed already changed. So then we went to our room and found the bed was still a double bed. But since it’s already at night and the new receptionist not even aware of the situation then we just let it be.

Very helpful staff, but not very good of the hotel to have no access to making international phone calls… Had my phone stolen and had needed to call home, was happy to pay , but was unable to. I know most people have phones these days but when things go bad you should be able to make a call home from your hotel. But thank you to the helpful staff

I originally booked a superior room but decided to upgrade to a deluxe room for an additional fee.Unfortunately,the upgrade didn’t quite meet expectations. The hotel overall feels very outdated—especially the rooms and bathrooms. The bed was too firm, pillows were uncomfortable. The bedding and towels looked old and used. Each room we experienced had its own issues.Some rooms had small windows with poor natural light and no proper view. Others felt damp,humid,and cold with leaking air conditioning and difficult temperature control and had a connecting door with thin walls and poor noise insulation.We also had a room with a nice pool view and better lighting—but frustratingly,there was no internet connection. Breakfast was average —nothing special. The hotel is situated in a lively and noisy area near Kuta.Although it is approximately a 12 to 15-minute walk to Beachwalk Shopping Mall and Kuta Beach, the route can be challenging due to heavy traffic congestion and poorly maintained sidewalks. Spacious lobby with plenty of seating. On a positive note,the staff were great—especially Monica, Leo, Adi, and Darmayanti, who were all friendly and helpful.
