庫塔齊亞酒店 (ZIA Hotel Kuta)

Very good hotel for the price. Just a 6-7 minute walk to Kuta beach. Close enough to be convenient but far enough to be quiet. The pool on the roof is also very nice and the massage room gave a great massage!

Lokasi sangat strategis.

酒店位於鬧事區，離海灘很近，房間偏小，早餐豐富，樓頂泳池沒有想象的那麼美，性價比還行，離機場也近，值得一住

We booked for x3Rooms for 5 night for our family 永安 to Bali. Overall is good, we point out the ..... No Good Point is:- (1) One room Air-conditioning is water leaking + the toilet sewage system is poor. (2) Toilet door is Not user friendly. (3) Toilet roll holder location is Not convenient. Good Point is:- (1) Good Service (2) Good Location (3) Roof Top swimming pool is excellent 👍, at night can viewing the sunset & very windy to rest at the chair provided by hotel. (4) We have one day 永安 to Nusa Penida, need to moved out from hotel early morning, hotel staff is very nice to arrange us breakfast "sandwich" to take away. Thank you very much 😊

Hôtel catastrophique : mauvaise organisation, attente interminable pour avoir une chambre (parfois jusqu’à 20h), installations vétustes, moteurs qui tournent jour et nuit, aucune rénovation. J’ai dû changer de chambre deux fois après des disputes pour en obtenir une correcte. Les pires sont les personnes, surtout les femmes, qui travaillent à la réception : catastrophiques, orgueilleuses, aucun accueil chaleureux, rien. Elles s’en fichent complètement et traitent les clients comme des criminels. Les plateformes de réservation n’ont pas aidé ni intervenu. C’était compliqué : on répond à des questions inutiles pendant qu’on est stressé et qu’on a juste besoin de notre chambre, mais eux, à distance, n’en ont rien à faire.

첫날은 늦은 도착이라 제외하고 나머지 2박동안 객실 청소를 해주지않음. 그래서 그때다 수건만 바꿈. 오믈렛이랑 빵 외에는 한국인은 조식이 맞지않을듯. 직원들은 친절함. 수영장은 좁긴하지만 거의 단독으로 이용하는 느낌이라 만족함.

Базовый номер в отеле. Матрас довольно мягкий. На сутки сломался кондиционер - сделали бесплатный завтрак в качестве комплимента.

On a side street. Street lightning not good. Buildings on both side toward hotel are empty. But only two hundred feet from main Street where I can find nice coffee shops and restaurants. Walk a little farther is the beach. I enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool. Not many people use it. Gym is too simple. Breakfast is OK. Hotel coffee and tea are not my favorite. I rather go outside to enjoy a cup of flat white Overall with the budget price, I will stay there again.

room was a little mouldy and dark but not too bad. service was ok, location was convenient to walk to but quite a bit of construction in the area. nice rooftop pool though with good views for the sunset!!!

Pengalaman TERBURUK seumur2 nginep di hotel di BALI, karena di kamar yang kami tempati 320 : 1. Kamar mandi airnya bocor sampai ngerembes keluar kamar hotel (foto), padahal sudah saya Lap, tetep rembes lagi!!! 2. Selimut sudah usang, sampai bulu2 hewan keluar2 banyak sekali (foto), bahaya untuk anak2 apalagi terhirup bs alergi!!!! 3. salah satu HANDUK SOMBEK n ROMBENG!!!! 4. Telepon kamar OFF tidak nyala, di telp ke Reseptionis mll hp tapi tidak ada yg angkat!!!! 5. Kebersihan NOL, lantai lengkat n seperti tidak di rawat!!!!! 6. Attitude Receptionist BAD bgt (seperti Manager / PICnya)!!!! Kalau anda mau hotel terdekat KUTA yg harga 475rb masih banyak banget JANGAN PILIH HOTEL INI, jgn tergiur lokasi deket KUTA atau menyesal seperti saya!!!!! Satu2nya yang baik hanya pelayanan BELL BOY dan Yang ganti HANDUK n Selimut saya, itu jg Pegawai yg ganti selimut karena posisi dia sedang membereskan kamar di dpn kamar saya!!! Terima Kasih Zia HOTEL atas Pengalaman Buruknya!! Sukses!! —————— WORST experience in my entire stay at a hotel in BALI, because in the room we occupied 320: 1. The bathroom water leaked until it seeped out of the hotel room (photo), even though I had wiped it, it still leaked again!!! 2. The blanket was worn out, with lots of animal hair coming out (photo), dangerous for children, especially if inhaled it can cause allergies!!!! 3. One of the TOWELS WAS TORN and RAGGED!!!! 4. The room phone was OFF and did not work, I called the receptionist and cellphone but no one answered!!!! 5. Cleanliness was ZERO, the floor was sticky and looked like it had not been maintained!!!!! 6. The Receptionist's Attitude was VERY BAD (like the Manager / PIC)!!!! If you want a hotel near KUTA for 475 thousand, there are still many DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL, don't be tempted by the location near KUTA or you will regret it like me!!!!! The only good service is the BELL BOY and the one who changed my TOWEL and Blanket, that was also the employee who changed the blanket because his position was tidying up the room in front of my room!!!
