房間乾淨整潔，服務真是又周到又熱情，早餐有自助有單點，都很新鮮。環境幽靜，屬於鬧中取靜。整體感覺非常棒！

整體印象： 這家別墅主打水療度假體驗，環境清幽，帶有傳統峇裏島風情，但設施維護明顯不足，部分細節影響住宿舒適度，性價比一般。 房間與設施： 我們入住的是小型獨立別墅，空間寬敞，但設備較為簡陋。 最令人困擾的是： 廁所門設計上無法完全關上，使用時不太方便。 淋浴水力不足🚿，熱水供應也不穩定，洗澡體驗大打折扣。 浴缸有明顯的啡色污漬，看起來像是未徹底清潔，讓人不敢放心使用。 清潔與維護： 日常清潔服務尚可，床鋪和公共區域保持整潔，但浴室部分（尤其是浴缸）的清潔度有待加強。 服務與其他： 員工態度友善，基本需求能及時回應，但整體服務較為被動，沒有特別令人印象深刻的細節。

The villa was very comfy and had a pleasant ambience! The staff were nice and friendly as well. Location was central and very near the cafes and other points of interest near canggu and seminyak. Only complaint would be that there was a lack of proper communication between staff and misunderstanding between what is included and not included within the booking. For example our booking includes a shuttle service but the day and night staff contradicted each other. Similarly for bottled water (some said it's included some said it's extra charge). To their credit they ultimately did honour both the shuttle and drinking water. The breakfast was really good and caters to all dietary requirements. Highly recommend. They also accommodate and pack the breakfast if you have early plans.

Great villa and service and the pool was cleaned everyday. They bring your Grab orders to your own unit so you don’t have to walk around.

Restaurant and 1 concierge staff’s service was pleasant and decent Dated place, had to switch rooms due to aircon not working in the bedroom. Stench in the bathroom and was not resolved by the resort . Ceiling rubble dropped off daily onto the living room. Worm of sorts in the villa.

Clean well equipped villa. AC to bedrooms but not to bathrooms or open-plan lounge kitchen area. Good sized private pool on peaceful gardens and reasonable food. Staff were all great, helpful and cheerful. Transport problems easily solved using a taxi.

A beautiful villa in a serene and trendy neighbourhood in Canggu. The villa is very spacious with a large comfortable bed, decent kitchen and big bathroom. The pool was awesome and enjoyable on the long hot days. The staff are super friendly and helpful with any request or need. The breakfast is made to order apart from a small buffet of pastries, fruit and Asian dishes. There is a Circle K right outside the villa complex as well as other restaurants and cafes. A brilliant experience at this stunning villa! Highly recommend to anyone choosing to stay in Canggu.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure that all of my needs were met. Overall, the experience was truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great customer service in a beautiful setting. I will definitely come back again whenever I go to Bali.
