Wir waren 3 Nächte im Alam Puri Hotel. Es ist außergewöhnlich und mit viel Kunst. Beim Spaziergang durch den Garten kann man viel entdecken. Das Hotel ist aber leider schon in die Jahre gekommen und es gibt viel zu tun. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, jeder Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt. Für die letzte Nacht sogar ein Upgrade in die Villa Gunarsa. Das Service Team war super und hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Isna hat alles mögliche für uns erledigt, sie war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Immer erreichbar und sehr aufmerksam. Die Außenanlagen müßten renoviert werden. Sonst alles super. Vielen Dank Isna und Team für unseren schönen Aufenthalt. Josef & Chuleeporn

We loved the place so much that we extended our stay. Nice, quiet, clean and green place. All the staff members are very friendly and supportive. Breakfast is good. Room is quite big as well as the bathroom. Toiletry are also available. No complains. Will come back again!

We found this place very serene, plenty of greenery around and the wonderful staff....Miss Isna and her team were very friendly, helpful and kind in all aspects, and made our stay pleasant. We'll surely visit this place again and highly recommend the same.

У нас был просторный номер с ванной и с видом на бассейн. Были включены завтраки на выбор из 3 блюд, которые приносят в номер. Территория отеля большая и зеленая. Нам понравилось.
