Es un bonito lugar para alojar en el centro de Ubud, está a pasos de restaurantes, cafeterías, boutiques y el art market. También se llega fácil al monkey forest y algunos templos pequeños. No se escucha el ruido de la calle en las noches, la habitación es amplia, si la luz no es muy buena, es un poco oscura y la habitación se mantiene húmeda.

We loved this hotel—great location, cozy rooms, and excellent service. The staff were so warm and welcoming. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Ubud! Would gladly return.

В целом за такие деньги очень не плохо , скорее похож на гостевой дом или хостел , чем на отель , хозяйка жила на втором этаже , очень доброжелательная , разрешила пользоваться ее личным холодильником , так как в номере его не было , дала чайник , и вообще все что мы просили- посуду , питьевую воду и прочие мелочи ,отель прямо в самом центре Убуда , рядом все основные дворцы , музеи , из недостатков могу отметить только большую влажность в номере, белье не сохло совсем , но и тут хозяйка нам разрешила развесить на балконе где сушить она и её семья ,из достоинств -потрясающий вид из окна на джунгли , бассейна в отеле нет , вода горячая есть , но надо спускать , чтоб пробежала , шампунь , гель для душа в ванной был , для тех кому придти переодеться , принять душ , переночевать - самое то

The location and price is the biggest pro. Near major attractions and food. Homestay owner does not seem to be bothered about customer service at all when she reneged on giving me the hit water I requested. She would at least say no instead of ok ok. No room service at all though room was reasonably priced compared with other competitors...

Ask for hot water and a lady said ah ah hot water. Ok. Waited so long and nothing came. She was coming down from upstairs and I prespumed she is the owner of the homestay. She does not seem to be bothered at all. If it is not for the hassle of moving in and out, I would not recommend this place. Staff is not friendly but the room size and bed is comfortable. Would be nice to have a kettle. The location is close to many attraction.

立地は良くて歩いて行けるところになんでもあります。外窓に少し隙間があって小さい蟲が入ってくる気になりました。しかし清潔でお湯が欲しいと言ったらポットも貸してくれたので良かったです。

環境沒説的,超級漂亮,酒店入住的地方是個小亭子,對面就是梯田,可以看到落日。房間配着電風扇濃濃的東南亞風,房間內很大,設施基本包括門都是純木的,非常有質感,衞生間很乾凈,我們入住的1樓推開門就是泳池和公共休息區,真的是休閑愜意,唯一的缺點是酒店位置有點偏吧我認為。

Had a great stay! Room was big for the price, clean, and smelled fresh. Super convenient spot, close to spas, restaurants, local shows, art street, and markets. We loved walking around in the evenings. Staff was friendly, and the balcony gave off peaceful, nature vibes even though you’re right in the city. Just make sure to keep food covered ants can show up since it’s near the forest. Side note: no hair dryer provided n bring your own travel adapter as Indonesia using EU type power plug.

Worst experience ever I don't usually write reviews, but I want to share my worst experience with this place. I'm not a tricky person. Especially for budget friendly places like this, I think price makes up for all the other cons. So this is what happened. My flight to Bali was scheduled to arrive late at night. I didn't want any trouble checking in, so I delivered my late arrival to the owner through the customer service of the platform I used for booking. I also sent a message on WhatsApp to the owner when I arrived in Bali that I have made a reservation for two nights and that I will be arriving soon. The owner read the message but did not reply. When I finally reached the place, there was no one at the reception but a piece of torn paper with my name and room number on it. Everything was fine then. But when we got into our room, there was man's underwear and used toilet paper on the bathroom floor. I was not happy about it, but I didn't mind it much either. It was a cheap room, after all. The next morning, we got out of the room for sightseeing and encountered the staff. She asked me if we were checking out, and I told her that we had one more night to stay. I also asked her, with a smile on my face, to remove former guests' underwear from the bathroom. She said she would do so. And we left the place for a couple of hours and when we came back, the nightmare began. All our stuff was piled up in the lobby. The staff said that we have booked for only a night. They took our things out without asking and gave the room to another guest. I showed her my reservation, and she delivered it to the owner. I thought it'll all go well then. Of course, it didn't. The owner asked me, "If you made a reservation for the second night, why is it not on my list?" How am I supposed to know that??? She kept saying that there's nothing she can do because all the rooms are fully booked and that I should look for another accommodation. I reached the customer service of the reservation platform for help. They told me that they would talk to the owner and figure things out. So I told the owner that the customer service would call her and that she should talk to them. But the customer service failed to reach the owner on the phone. "She doesn't answer the calls," they said. The only staff in the lobby also disappeared. There was nothing we could do but to look for new accommodation, as suggsted by the customer service. What's more frustrating is that the man's underwear and used toilet paper that I asked the staff to get rid of were piled up with our belongings. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? We totally wasted a couple of hours of our time and had to get transportation with our own expense. The owner did not compensate for any of that. But this was not the end. When I got to the new accommodation, I found out that one of my electronic devices was missing. It was not much of a value, but it was important for me. So I had no choice but to talk to the owner once again. I sent her a message on WhatsApp, but she didn' t reply right away, so I had to go back all the way to this place. I talked to the staff and the owner. They both told me that all our things were out for collection. What in the world did I do so wrong to deserve all this? Does it make sense to remove guest's belongings without asking? Thanks to them, I had the worst experience of my lifetime. I will never visit Bali again, thanks to them. I hope that I will be the last victim of this place.

立地は良くて歩いて行けるところになんでもあります。外窓に少し隙間があって小さい蟲が入ってくる気になりました。しかし清潔でお湯が欲しいと言ったらポットも貸してくれたので良かったです。
