房間破舊不堪，床單枕頭很臟，房間異味很大，游泳池水很臟。房間一點都不隔音，隔壁的小孩哭了一夜，搞得一整夜我們都沒有睡覺，本來預訂了三天，我們第二天早上就退房了，根本受不了這個酒店。

ฉันรู้สึกแย่มากเมื่อไปถึงที่พัก ความสะอาดแย่มากคุณความสะอาดแค่บนเตียงนอน คุณไม่ทำความสะห้องน้ำ เช็คความสะอาดหรออื่น  ฉันที่อ่านรีวิวที่พักโรงแรมมาอย่างดีฉันจึงตัดสินใจจองโรงแรมของคุณ 5 คืน มันแย่มาก เสียงชักโครกดังคุณก็ไม่แก้ไข

Receptionists are kind enough to assist us. The location is nice too as it is near the well known spots in Seminyak. However, facilities and amenities are old and not that well maintained. We hope that they will focus on the housekeeping or on cleanliness from the lobby, hallways, and most especially in each rooms.

Sesuai Harga... tempat lumayan strategis ...berdampingan dengan hotel² berkelas... Layak dipilih krn fasilitas masih mumpuni.... Saya pilih access pool n ini worthed bgts... Gak tau kalo lantai atas ada lift apa tidak.... Pelayanan nya ramah dan cepat... Sukses terus Alea...

The hotel it self is pretty old, need a lot of maintenance, wall painting coming off everywhere , there’s a noise coming out from the toilet every 30 minutes probably the water pressure but pretty annoying. only got 3 channel tv and it’s all abt news, Can’t connect to Netflix either. I booked deluxe room with single bed and it’s actually twin bed converted to single bed, even the blanket they use for twin beds so I got 2 small blanket instead of king size bed cover, lucky I sleep alone so small blanket is fine. No hand/face towel. I book 5 night and only slept there 1 night. that’s how uncomfortable it is for me. The only good thing abt this hotel is the location which closed to everything you ask for in central Seminyak, and the price is very cheap. Recommended for bag packer.

I had a great experience staying at The Alea Hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. The place is clean, comfortable, and has a welcoming vibe. I also loved that it was budget-friendly without compromising on quality. Having pool access was a big plus—it was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and affordable stay in Bali!

Good experience. The toilet is dirty, it would be better if they can fix this. When I hold the shower cap, it is oily. But there is another choose of using rain shower so see if it fit your style or you can request them to clean it or change the room. Location is good, staff also nice.
