水明漾拉米拉別墅 - 伊妮薇款待別墅 (La Mira Villa Seminyak by Ini VIE Hospitality)

This villa is a major let-down - looks very different from the photos and is poorly maintained. The aircon in the living room is not at all strong for the space. The toilets were not clean - see picture below for how the bath tub appeared upon check-in. The safe in the master and one of the smaller rooms were not functional - apparently the management lost the key to the safety boxes. The breakfast is not tasty. Would definitely not recommend this place.

Terrible place! Never come here and the owner is super rude! Don’t come to ruin your stay!

一個house裏有客廳+餐廳，兩間帶衞生間的客房，房間內加起來一共有兩張大床，一張小床。室外有入戶的游泳池，很適合宜我們一家四口人。唯一的缺點就是位置比較偏，但服務非常好，適合臨時住一晚。我們第二天一早6點退房，酒店工作人員幫我們把早飯都打包好，很周到！

Great value for money. The price was good for a private Villa with pool and slide. The Villa came with a kitchen and living area. The bedroom and bathroom were decent size. The staff were great and do their best to help you out. The drains in the bathroom smell foul/bad, but was not too bad. Not in the best location, as it still requires a bit of travel to get to Seminyak centre. But a cheap cab ride can get you there pretty easily. Overall, good value for the price you pay.

Cozy place, private room and pool, very recomended

Be warned if you want to stay at the villa!!! Extremely disappointing and disgusting experience. We paid almost 2k AUD for 5 nights and ended up with a room that was worse than a 3 star hostel. The place was plaqued with black mold, which is extremely toxic to the human body. There were holed in walls and ceilings. Walls are peeling off. Big stains on towels and bed sheets. The worst part was as soon as we walked into our villa, the living room smelled like urine!!! Stains were found in sinks and bathtubs. All of the doors have cracks so they never shut all the way. It was never cool enough and you will get mosquitoes in the room. The staff changed room for us the next day but the condition of the second villa was still sub par, compared to the price we paid which was close to $400 AUD per night. The worst part? They refused to refund even when presented with the photos of the terrible conditions. The hotel staff barely spoke English. They would say yes to everything with a smile but we would end up waiting and waiting for our requests to be fulfilled. I have been catfished by hotel photos before so we were extremely careful when booking this villa. They have 4.9 stars on both Google and 永安. We thought we were safe with this one but obviously we were wrong. I suspect most of the reviews were fake as NO WAY it deserves above 1 star. I would give 0 star if I could.

三島玩好回登巴薩了。這次的別墅出發前看了很久，果然大家都很滿意。三間卧室都有獨立衞生間，主卧和客廳夠大，電視節目多，廚房飲水機能直接喝熱水冰水，游泳池還有個滑梯，老中小三代到了就跳進去了。寶寶更是玩得樂不思蜀，一心快點吃好晚飯好玩游泳池。
