他們家的房型非常的漂亮，而且在裏面拍照超級出片！！主要是他們家的菜特別的好吃！！他們家的餐廳價格，我覺得跟外面的菜差不多的價格，還可以

體驗感非常不好 首先是地理位置，在山裡麪，外面非常的荒蕪。吃的什麼都沒有。去哪裡都不方便。 定的是兩晚的帶院子泳池的套房，設施都很陳舊，而且也不太乾淨，被子枕頭上都有污漬，也因為院子的原因房間外面和裏面，以及洗手間都有很多蟲子。這些都可以忍受，但在我們晚上天黑，把房間裏的蟲子打完之後，發現有非常多的大蟲子爬了進來，最後發現是因為窗戶（落地窗）有一個非常大的縫隙。 當晚我們找酒店想要退款，但因為酒店的政策，沒有成功。工作人員的態度也不是很好，把我們換到了另外一個套房（這個窗戶也有縫隙，衹是沒那麼大）。並告知我們如果還有蟲子飛進來，把燈關掉他就可以自己飛出去，但我認為這個不是我們應該承擔的問題。後面通過中介去溝通，酒店方也並沒有給出任何的解決方案。

非常棒，工作人員服務很好，英語交流方便，早餐還可以，但是擺盤很好看，床很舒服，幾乎不想離開酒店，泳池體驗很棒，環境安靜，入口的路有點曲折，但是騎車完全ok，房間蚊蟲較少，可以接受

EXTREME DANGER & BROKEN PROMISES Gas Leak, No Emergency Help, and Then They Ghosted Me Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I am writing this review to prevent anyone else from experiencing the terror and frustration I endured at this hotel. What began as a severe safety failure escalated into a complete betrayal of trust. Here is what happened: On 18th September 2025 10pm after shower, I discovered a severe gas leak in my villa. There was a loud, clear hissing sound and an overpowering smell of gas that quickly gave me a headache and made me feel unwell. This was an immediate and serious danger. The hotel's response was appalling: 1. No Emergency Response: I repeatedly called and messaged the front desk for help, but no one answered. 2. Forced to Seek Help: I was forced to leave my room and find staff myself at the security post. 3. Dangerously Dismissed: The first staff member who came downplayed the crisis, falsely claiming it was just a "loose cap," and left me in the hazardous environment. 4. Truth Revealed Hours Later: It was only after my continued insistence that a second staff member arrived, confirmed the gas tank itself was leaking, and finally moved me to another room. The Final Betrayal: Senior manager Ari Darmawan later acknowledged the grave errors via whatsapp and promised a full refund and a formal report. However, once they secured this communication, the hotel has COMPLETELY GHOSTED ME. All communication has ceased, and the refund has not been issued. Their apology was a hollow tactic to shut down the crisis, with no intention of taking real responsibility. This establishment is negligent with your safety and fraudulent with their promises. Do not risk your well-being or your money by staying here. The danger is real, and their word is worthless.

The villas are very beautiful, clean and peaceful. The location is quite a while away from shops and main road which wasn’t an issue for us but maybe for others if they do not like riding scooters. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Will be back again 😍

The room is really pretty, the staffs were very helpful and nice. But the location was terrible, no stores nearby and most if the Klook tour will not pick up in this area.

非常好的房間和服務，很乾凈

很棒的地方，乾淨簡潔大氣。工作人員的服務都特別好，特別要提到的是我們和一位可愛的前台服務人員Ita相談甚歡，祝她事業順利！

總體來説房間還可以，位於山上。但是小動物太多了，在房間突然看到了一個30cm長的蜥蜴，嚇了一跳，後面被趕出去了，心裏陰影。。。酒店的密封性不好，關好門了也會進來這些小動物。。。。

去酒店的路很窄 不過進去後酒店還是很美的，酒店的房間也很大 床也很很舒服，環境很自然，衞生打掃的很棒！ 但服務很死板 我付了6晚的錢，要退提前三晚離開 不給退錢，三晚退一晚的錢都沒法協商。 三晚換一個升級一晚的房型也不給換。最後房間空着浪費了3晚 含早餐的，很虧。 很嚴格 大家慎重定如果時間沒確定的話。
