We thought we would pick a more expensive place than normal to spend christmas. The hot water system played up..so very, very, very luke warm showers. Saftey box didn't work (complained and was told someone would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up) Breakfast is nothing to look forward to. The villa we had was huge.. aircons could have been a bit bigger to cool the villa down more..but im being picky But when I bought up the issues we had at check out, they waived our child breakfast fee.

suka sih disini, parkiran luas, staff ramah, security ramah. cuman sayang bgt pas malem nginep disini saya kebangun jam 2 pagi - 3 karena anak kecil nangis sambil lari lari😩😩😩 jujur mengganggu kami yg istirahat

Not upto the mark. Carry your own multi plug for Indonesia there charging plugs are different. I asked the staff to lend me a plug for 1night to which they said they don’t have it please drop your phone to the reception for the entire night if you want to charge it. This is ridiculous to even ask.

Hotel berbentuk Villa sehingga lebih disarankan bagi yang membawa kendaraan pribadi karena jarak dari lobi ke hotel lumayan... dan tidak ada lift jadi siap2 menggotong barang bawaan bila mendapat kamar di lantai 3 Tapi overall sesuai dengan harganya NB: harap berhati-hati dengan sudut-sudut ranjang tempat tidur yang agak tajam bila kaki anda tidak mau tergores seperti saya (ada di foto)

I stayed one month and i could not relax because the cars were parking just closed to my room at the ground fllor day and night. Until 3 am. The bathrooms are not very clean. Water coming out from the tu es´. My bed was wet because of humidity,moldy One of my bag got moldy i to my suitcase I would´t tecommand to have a relaxing time I Felton in à business area not in a vacation area
