Hotel ini nyaman untuk liburan bersama keluarga. Kebersihan kamar terjaga dengan baik, ruangan rapi dan wangi. Lokasinya strategis, dekat dengan pusat keramaian dan akses mudah ke pantai. Pelayanan staf ramah dan membantu, membuat pengalaman menginap terasa menyenangkan. Fasilitas yang tersedia cukup lengkap dan sesuai kebutuhan. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman menginap di sini sangat memuaskan dan layak direkomendasikan.

Not bad for the price, if you are picky, then this is not for you. Overall, a good place to stay at if you will be out for most of the time and will just sleep on it. Cleanliness can be improved. Just pissed at the receptionist that night cos the tore my passport!!! The important page ugh so careless!!! So be careful as well when u surrender ur passport

하루 머물렀는데 오래된 호텔입니다. 방 컨디션도 넘 오래됐고 저녁 늦게 입실 예약을 했는데 트립닷컴 예약을 확인하는데 오래 걸렸어요. 30분 넘게 기다렸고 들어간 방이 너무 답답해서 업그레이드 요청했더니 현금 1만원 요구. 현금지급기 가는 수고로움까지 있었고 겨우 돈 주고 업그레이드. 조식 포함했는데 저야 먹겠는데 아내는 싫다고 해서 나가서 먹었어요. 조식이 학교 급식 수준입니다. 정말 힘든 하루를 안겨준 호텔이었습니다, 다만 캐리어 보관을 해주셔서 감사했어요.

Electeical hazard - manager said "I dont care" Terrible. Dangerous hotel. Engineer came to fix very loud electrical buzzing- can hear from hallway. They just stick a plastic card in electrical unit for 'repair' - creating a safety hazard. Changed room at 3am. Loud cleaners smashing walls at 7am. I arranged late check out and agreed to pay extra- but they harrass me instead of checking with other staff. After that, all staff really terrible. Office manager Echa was aggressive & threaten to call police. One staff was good - Adam- he tried to change room and provide refund , but after Echa was aggressive Adam left for lunch. Also hair from previous guests in bathroom. Unlike most hotels in Bali with small problems but helpful attitude. This hotel like to make more problems after one problem begins. At first Adam explained most staff wear training. But the staff that worked there a long time made nothing but extra problems (except Adam who just went for lunch) - even the FOH manager said 'I don't care'. This never happens at other hotels in Bali. Choose another. A very negative experience 1/10. Definitely avoid this hotel whilst Eka is managing as his style is aggressive without finding out any information. Been to Bali 10+ years , this is the only hotel this has ever been so bad

풀뷰를 이용하세요 상쾌하고.기분이 좋습니다. 식사도 괜찮았고 모기가있긴했지만 더운나라라 어디든 있을거라고 생각합니다. 특히 풀사이드바가 인상적이었어요

Séjour agréable, il y’avait pas d’eau chaude dans la première chambre pour prendre ma douche mais le staff a bien su géré mais ma attribué une autre chambre avec de l’eau chaude. Le staff est à l’écoute c’est top !

お値段はお手頃なのに大きいプール有り、空港から近い！ お部屋がとても広く、朝食もバリを感じる事ができてすごく良かったです！ 室內スリッパと、アメニティ(コンディショナー、剃刀、メイク落とし)などが充実してると更に嬉しいです☺️ 素敵な時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございました！！
