バリの雰囲気を感じられる上に立地も便利でお値段もお手頃。設備もスタッフも方も大満足でした。ランドリーサービスも仕上がりが早く助かりました！ルームチャージできるレストランも併設してるので何かと便利。またリピートしたいくらいです。

ヴィラの広々とした空間で友人たちと宿泊し、お部屋にプールがついていて、フローティングブレイクファーストも選べたのが特によかったです。ホテルホッピングしたので、ここは2泊だけだったのですが、みんな出る頃には"全泊ここでよかったかも"と話していたくらいです。バケーションらしさも感じながらゆったりステイできました。

Just spent 8 days at Grand Istana and didn't want to leave. Its a traditional resort right on the beach in Kuta and although being a bit old, its been very well maintained with generous sized clean rooms, comfy bed, well kept gardens, good sized swimming pool with a swim up bar, great restaurant with live music, and very helpful and nice staff. I also like that being a smaller resort, its not a long walk from the rooms to the swimming pool, lobby, or restaurant. But best of all for me was that the resort is right on the beach and so easy to just grab my board, walk across the road and get a few waves in. Value for money.......one of the best in Bali that I've stayed at. Only suggestion would be a few more sun lounges around the pool as most days they were all taken.

房間裏的空調製冷效果不太好；另外這個酒店入住也許可以配一個過濾花灑，洗澡的時候肉眼可見的濾芯變色了；不過服務真的挺好的，人都很nice，這個酒店沒有電梯，但是工作人員會幫忙搬行李上下樓酒店地理位置挺好的，旁邊就是kuta海灘，海灘浪有點大，感覺最近不太適合初學者另外，酒店旁邊有個商場有飯店有超市，超市食品還挺多，總之酒店勝在地方好，房間內就將就下吧；有一次插了個自帶的小米吹風機，房間內線路跳閘了，當然修復也很快10mins搞定

Гостиница очень понравилась. Расположение отличное, пляж через дорогу, рядом торговый центр. Очень приветливый персонал, убирались хорошо, через день меняли постельное белье. Территория зеленая, чистая, ухоженная! Завтраки достойные! Спасибо!

장점 : 위치가 좋아요. 바로 앞이 꾸타 비치, 바로 옆이 비치워크 쇼핑몰 서핑을 즐기고 바로 호텔로 와서 휴식하기 좋아요. 쇼핑몰이 바로 옆이여서 좋아요. 비치워크 지하1층에 마트도 있어서 과일 사먹고 좋아요. 공항이랑 가까워서 마지막 여행 일정에 투숙하면 더 좋을 거 같아요. 체크인시, 웰컴 드링크 줘요. 객실 내부에는 유리병 물 2개, 우산, 커피포트, 간단한 티백, 홈키퍼 등 있어요. 홈키퍼 있어서 좋았어요 벌레 퇴치하기 굿굿 객실 키가 카드키여서 좋았음 발리에서 열쇠인 곳이 많았는데 카드키여서 편리했음 해바라기 수전이 아니여서 샤워기 필터 교체 가능함. 수질이 좋지 않으므로 필수로 교체해서 사용하는걸 권장 샤워기 필터 교체 하루만에 갈색으로 변했음 단점 : 엘레베이터 없어요. 첫날에는 짐을 옮겨주시지만 체크아웃때 캐리어 옮기는게 꽤나 힘들었어요. 엘레베이터 없는 곳이 많다보니 이 부분은 괜찮았어요.

Overall, it was nice staying in this hotel. Only 1 small note to the management to please treat your customer equally. The staff (most of them) seemed to prioritize to serve "Bule". Us, as locals, tend to be ignored and only when we ask they will help us ( i work in the hospitaly industry , so i have been always to be friendly anywhere i go).

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and enhanced our stay. Dining at the hotel was a pleasure with a variety of delicious options. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of choices, all fresh and appetizing. The restaurant staff was attentive and courteous, always on hand to ensure our meal was perfect. And the Bar staff were always just a glance away from cocktails to iced coffees; it's a testament to customer service! What truly set The Grand Istana Rama apart was the attention to detail and the genuine care displayed by all staff members. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. The reception was particularly helpful, recommending fantastic local spots and ready to assist whenever we needed it. Overall, our stay at The Grand Istana Rama was outstanding. After multiple 永安s to the spa because we just couldn't get enough, we left feeling refreshed and pampered, and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
