房間空間適中，陽台視野開闊，直面海灘。設施老舊，酒店後面的一棟樓不知道是否廢棄了，從走廊進過的時候有種探險的感受，感官不佳。酒店工作人員人員態度很好。

Dikasih gedung belakang (tua) dan kamar paling pojok ( jauh sekali ke lobi depan / jalan raya kuta ) Waktu check in kamar kotor, lantai berpasir, penerangam kamar juga kurang/remang. Kelebihanya, lokasi dekat pantai kuta dan beachwalk dan juga staff yang ramah dan helpful.

Disappointed experience with Hotel Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali due to their inflexibility with non-refundable booking policy, could not accept the free cancellation due to special circumstances (flight cancellation due to volcanic eruption). Unlike others 2 hotels with similar policies, which showed understanding and allowed free cancellation under similar circumstances, even at last minute cancellation request. Given this experience, I'm unlikely to book with them again in the future.

Room are very old, cleanliness have a big big issue, just check in and found room have big issue with dusting, room features are very old, stains at towel and bed cover, asked to change but after change, new towel and bed cover have issue. The only good is the location the rest, horrible!!! Not worth to spend in this hotel.

I just love this hotel. Located just across the kuta beach and walking distance to beach walk. Just beside k circle and massage shop. The staff was really helpful and they have three pool! The breakfast is good with variety of choice. The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning was cold too.
