I stayed here for 3 weeks back in 2022 and for some reason I thought maybe this time it would be nicer but I was sadly disappointed. The crappy Wi-Fi dropping in and out constantly was frustrating and also the grainy tv was annoying. The location is not too bad with nearby shops and cafes/restaurants. Olips Restaurant adjacent to the hotel was superb (especially the feta and mushroom pizza). The pool looked inviting but I didn’t bother to take a dip…I prefer the 9 minute walk to the beach. All in all it’s not bad but nor is it great. A little tlc would go a long way.

The hotel's entrance is interesting the decoration is quite old style., there are two swimming pools. The room has a balcony which is also good. However the room is very old kind of rundown, the bathroom not so pleasent. Cleaning just good so so.

可能是淡季，過來的時候房價很經濟，連續住了好幾天，後來很快所有的房間全被海外的遊客訂滿了。酒店有兩個游泳池，加上一些綠植，有點像花園酒店，充滿了綠色，從陽台上看景緻很美。酒店附近吃飯的地方很多，也非常熱鬧，離海邊很近，有一條小路3-5分鐘就能走到海邊，每天就這樣大海、酒店泳池度過了舒適的幾天假期。

Nice view from my room, but it's a very big hotel and I was on the third floor, Luckily when I got there the staff helped me carry my luggage up. But leaving was a mission. They also kept my luggage in storage for the day while I visited Gili island.

The hotel was affordable, and accessible to all places near the beach, available currency exchange, nearby laundry services, and convenience stores. will recommend to those people who want an affordable accomodation but do not really care if the place is a bit old, but is being renovated.

I stayed at this hotel from June 26-28. I checked out on June 28 to travel to Surabaya. Before leaving, I booked this hotel again to leave some clothes at the hotel to check in again on June 29 to July 2. All bookings I paid for. I missed my flight from Surabaya to Bali. There will be a flight in 2 days. I need to find a new flight to return to Thailand. I asked my friend who is in Bali to contact to receive my belongings. The answer from hotel ,I got from this hotel is that I did not leave my belongings.WTF!? It is very bad to receive this answer. The person who received my belongings is a female officer. On June 28 at 9 am, I will go back here to report and have them open the cctv camera to confirm. If they can do it to me, others can do it too. I will teach them an expensive lesson. I tried to contact them by email. They did not reply. If I do not receive a reply, I will go myself.

Great hotel at a very reasonable price, located in the center of town, 5 min walk from the beach, with a very efficient fast service laundry on the premises that offers a great service, and a mini mart across the road. The rooms are super clean, spacious, with a super comfortable mattress, although the pillows are tough, a nice balcony, thick towels, great A/C, and plenty of piping hot water for a shower. It is surrounded by beautifully kept gardens and offers 2 large pools. I really enjoyed their pool, although the water is rather cool. There is also a restaurant near the pool that serves breakfast, with a small buffet and an a la carte menu. Basic coffee, tea, and milk are available. However, the display with a variety of jam and butter was crawling with ants, so we avoided it. The lack of hygiene around breakfast was shocking in view of the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I'd stay there again if I went to Legian again. Although it is right in the center of town, it is extremely quiet day and night. I really enjoyed a very relaxed 3 days at Grand Sinar Indah.

The rooms are a little bit old but the n good condition and comfortable bed and Aircon. There are 2 big pools and a spa pool. Massage service onsite too. Breakfast is simple but tasty with eggs cooked the way you choose and pancake The staff are very friendly and always smiling and happy Rooms serviced daily and cleaned

Ооочень уставший отель. НЕТ лифта. Номер просторный с балконом, вид на бассейн. Вечером и утром тихо, нет шума байков. Сантехника старая, полотенца страшно прикоснуться серые, в пятнах, Воды не дают. До пляжа мин 6👌. Магазин напротив - удобно. Минут 20 пешком торговый центр. Можно остановиться если чисто ночевать на пару ночей, * со своими полотенцами))
