巴厘島B水療酒店 (B Hotel Bali & Spa)

Es war in Ordnung. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind recht ruhig, da sie Richtung Pool anstelle Richtung Straße blicken. Das ist gut, da Denpasar laut und eine sehr schlechte Luftqualität hat. Allerdings läuft bereits ab 8 Uhr morgens die Musik am Pool und man fühlt etwas wie auf Mallorca. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Die Klimaanlage war entweder zu stark oder zu schwach eingestellt und roch etwas! Die Betten waren ok. Der Service an der Rezeption war gut und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war gut. Es gab hauptsächlich indonesisches Essen am buffet. Mit einer Eier-, Nudel und Pancake/Crêpe/french Toast-Station. Von diesem Hotel aus erreicht man gut alles in Denpasar innerhalb von Minuten (der Verkehr ist sehr dicht und es kann bis zu 10-20 Minuten dauern bis überhaupt das Grab kommt). Check-out war super unkompliziert, genauso wie Check-in. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind wahnsinnig freundlich!

My son and I could have been KILLED in this hotel bed. 🚨 READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING – WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES 🚨 I’ve stayed in 30+ countries and 19+ Bali hotels, and I can confidently say this was the most unsafe, unsanitary, and disrespectful stay EVER. Please don’t make the mistake of coming here. LIFE-THREATENING EXPERIENCE IN OUR ROOM My young son and I woke up with the ENTIRE headboard/backboard collapsed on us while we were asleep. We were literally trapped under it, with huge nails sticking out right above our heads. This could have killed or seriously injured us. ( Pictures attached). ZERO EMPATHY FROM MANAGEMENT When I reported it, the manager didn’t ask if we were okay, didn’t apologize, and instead immediately accused us of causing it. He raised his voice at me and said this hotel has had earthquakes before and that has never happened. I was already traumatized, and instead of support, I was blamed and humiliated to the point of tears. To emphasize, we were literally SLEEPING when this happened. BLOOD-STAINED SHEETS 🤢 They moved us to a new room and the bed had PERIOD BLOOD smeared all over the sheets. Absolutely horrifying. Do they not wash linens between guests? What if the previous guest had a disease? This is not just disgusting—it’s a serious health hazard. (📸 Pictures attached). BAIT-AND-SWITCH SCAM They told me if I extended for 7 more days, they’d upgrade us to a suite. After I booked, they took back the offer because it was “too much.” Extremely Manipulative, shady, and unprofessional. ⚠️ BOTTOM LINE: This hotel is unsafe, filthy, and run by management who lack basic human decency. I’ve never experienced such danger, humiliation, and disrespect anywhere in the world. If you care about your safety, your family’s well-being, and your dignity, DO NOT STAY HERE. The only good thing I can say is the restaurant staff were kind and professional—but that tiny positive doesn’t even come close to outweighing how horrific the rest of the stay was. Avoid at all costs.

The hotel is great near with Trans Studio Mall. Very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff member was friendly. Only I didn't find shampoo 😒

Hotel nya bersih, staff nya ramah, lokasi hotel juga sangat strategies, dekat dengan mall besar Yang ada di Bali. Akses hotel depan d jalan. Cocok untuk menginap bawah anak anak.

Good location and convenient. Staff are very friendly. But the hotel room is a bit outdated, stained on curtains and some on bedsheets.  Breakfast is decent. Overall is worth of money.

Классный отель за такие деньги ,персонал всегда улыбается и моментально решает все проблемы которые могут возникнуть ,полотенца бы сменить бы им только на новые ,завтраки простые есть что выбрать

Hotelnya bagus dan kesekian kali ke sini, lokasi sangat ok utk kalian yang tidak mau kena macet. Yang perlu dibenahi adalah handuknya sudah waktunya ada yang diganti, tempat gymnya perlu diupgrade. Agak mengecewakan juga adalah kamar saya bocor air AC nya, kemudian ada bocor berdebu dan tidak dicleaning berhari-hari, padahal tiap hari CS cleaning selama 3 hari...kenapa nunggu customer lapor ya? Saya sudah langganan dari 2014 dan baru kali ini kecewa dengan service nya.

WARNING: The hotel looks nice on the photos on this app, and even when you arrive at the hotel the lobby looks great, however inside is a whole other story. It looks like a filthy prison that hasn’t been up-kept for years. Peeling walls, dirty old blinds, the pool water looks like a bathing area for hippos. Even the door to the room is disgusting. The breakfast is terrible! I had breakfast once and never went back. The service is also bad, they cannot communicate in a full sentence, just grunts and ‘ok’ ‘yes yes’ that kind of thing. Location is awful next to a super busy road which is congested all day. Don’t stay here!!
