Stayed there because it’s closer to the airport. Extremely mediocre and commercial hotel. The first room we got had strong cigarette smell, so we had to change. Note they keep a deposit of 100k IDR per room card in cash.

Dit is een geweldig hotel, vooral het personeel geeft een service waar je u tegen zegt. Ze zijn heel erg behulpzaam en beleefd ook. Kwa service halen ze hier het maximale eruit! Echt geweldig! Mijn airco deed het niet zo goed en hebben ze een monteur laten komen. De monteur zag en hoorde meteen dat de airco het niet goed deed. Hij gaf het gelijk aan de receptie en zij hebben aangegeven dat ik per direct een andere kamer kreeg. De locatie is top, wel in een drukke straat met veel winkeltjes en restaurantjes. En het strand is is een paar min lopen. En het ontbijt is echt lekker hier! Echt een aanrader om hier te verblijven!

The hotel is ok. Bedsheets were a bit smelly. Other than that the stay was fine. Convenient location. Staff was okay.

Good location with plenty restaurants and supermarkets around. 15mins from/to the airport. 2 swimming pool areas, bar, restaurant and massage services. Room was very new and clean, and the workers helpful and friendly.

很普通的酒店，環境跟服務都還可以，地點則是最差的。泳池也不怎麼樣，有健身房基本的設備。總體而言，算是很一般的體驗。

Very good location. Very friendly and approachable staff. We were in L1 and you can hear people going to and from their rooms. Shower heads in room 109 need to be updated. Bidet is a bit hard to use, please replace. Breakfast okay. But overall, will recommend because of the good location and good service.

Had such an amazing stay! We told them it was my birthday and they set up the room for us when we arrived. The staff were all so friendly and the hotel was incredible for the money. Definitely recommend and will be staying again.
