游泳池比較小，而且水裡有雜質，不是很衞生。就這個價位來説衞生不好。房間裏衞生不錯，服務也是五星級正常水平，沒有很好或者很差，4.5分吧總體來講還可以，酒店裡華人少，大部分是外國人。早餐比較豐盛，但是酒店裡可用設施少，衹有普通的騎車，迷你射箭，瑜伽之類的，而且不免費。也沒有水上運動啥的，可以多看看努沙杜瓦的其他酒店，提供的服務大差不差。

Had a high hope with this resort. But are eventually let down because of their restaurants and steep activities price. It’s my second time in Sofitel, had a nice memory on the first time, so I suggested to my spouse for this resort. What I like about this resort is the huge pools and the close proximity to the beach. Room is nice and bed is extra comfy. What I didn’t like is their Italian restaurant called Cucina, we had a very bad experience with their food, were food doesn’t reflect the standard of the resort. We were served a rotten grilled octopus, and a very cold grilled zucchini, all we rejected and ask the waiter to send it back to the kitchen. And the price of the foods are among the most expensive food I had in Bali. And the service is very low even when there are a lot empty table. We also had a lunch in their beach bar called Toya, again the price is very steep, yet the food that we received is sub standard, almost like the just reheated. We ordered a pizza, not only the dough looks pale, the topping doesn’t scream quality. It tasted ok and service was very fast, but it’s kinda questionable if a restaurant pizza came out very fast. The breakfast, which now charged twice the amount of last time I was there if you opted not to be included in the room, was mediocre. Some foods were ok like their noodle section and local and gluten free dessert, but the dim sum section was meh, and the most offending one is the pastry section. They served pastries that taste too yeasty that it became very unpleasant, croissants that is not crispy anymore, we it’s not the standard I was expected, and they are a French hotel company. And their resort activities are although I don’t expect to be without additional charges, but they are astronomical pricey. You better go up north to Tanjung Benoa with local service providers if you want to do some water sport activities. And if you want to visit spa, just go to many spas just outside the hotel area. It won’t have the on the beach spa, but they offer the same services.

Unless you wanna stay in hotel and enjoy facilities only, else I think is not my cup of tea. Need to take cab to almost everywhere. So is hard to explore local culture and lifestyle. Buffet breakfast seems a lot of choice, but you can what is really good always having a long queue. Those without queueing, are really not so fantastic. Signage around the hotel is inadequate, quite hard to find out way. Their only saving grace is their staff, great team. Friendly, helpful, always try their best to accommodate.

choose Sofitel as pur 1st family 永安. The staff was helpful and friendly. room is clean. breakfast is nice and more of choice.

Had the most amazing stay at Sofitel Nusa Dua. The resort was absolutely beautiful, and every single staff went out of their way to make sure that we feel welcomed. Would definitely revisit again the next time I’m back in Bali.

Отель идеален по своей красоте, чистоте и уровню сервиса. Номера большие, уютные, атмосферные. Персонал очень доброжелателен, все знают Английский хотя бы немного, помогают в любом вопросе. В отеле очень безопасно, как и на Нуса Дуа в целом. Вечерами нет развлечений, но мы гуляли вдоль побережья и ужинали в разных кафе и отелях. В отеле днем брали велосипеды и с удовольствием катались вдоль набережной. Отдыхали пять дней, успели насладиться и даже немного заскучать. Но в наших планах было пожить еще в двух местах. В целом отель очень понравился. Рекомендую всем побывать там хотя бы однажды. Больше всего мне понравились бассейны (3 штуки, с разной температурой) и белочки на завтраке. Сначала мы кормили себя, а потом бельчат! Это тоже подарило прекрасную атмосферу!

Местоположение прекрасное, отель хороший, мебель не свежая , но очень интересного дизайна и достаточно чистая. Персонал очень улыбчивый и отзывчивый, на все просьбы реагировал быстро. По утрам на пляже приносят бесплатно мороженое или прохладительный напиток. Хорошая косметика в ванной, все принадлежности всегда в наличии, мощный фен. Завтраки приличные , в принципе все есть. Хорошее постельное и подушки . Уборка ежедневная , без нареканий. По ночам 2-3 дня беспокоил геккон, но не критично. Самое неприятное это состояние океана , ибо в том году были в Нуса Дуа , но другой отель и там была чистая вода без водорослей, а тут вода мутная , много водорослей и даже периодически на дне они были, как ковер( вступать непонятно) и какие-то мелкие клопы/ крабы /червяки которые постоянно жутко кусали нас , как только мы заходили в воду . В целом по отелю все хорошо , но вот с океаном как-то не повезло в этот раз …

We just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua for such a wonderful stay! The whole team was incredibly kind and welcoming, and we felt really well taken care of from day one. A special shoutout to Nikki, Sutarta, Bagus, and Diah – you were all so warm and thoughtful, and we truly appreciated it! The only downside for us was the beach – there were quite a lot of seaweeds, so we didn’t enjoy it as much as we hoped. But apart from that, everything at the hotel was amazing. Great structure, great vibes, and an unforgettable experience for our family. Hope to be back someday! Cheers,

游泳池比較小，而且水裡有雜質，不是很衞生。就這個價位來説衞生不好。房間裏衞生不錯，服務也是五星級正常水平，沒有很好或者很差，4.5分吧總體來講還可以，酒店裡華人少，大部分是外國人。早餐比較豐盛，但是酒店裡可用設施少，衹有普通的騎車，迷你射箭，瑜伽之類的，而且不免費。也沒有水上運動啥的，可以多看看努沙杜瓦的其他酒店，提供的服務大差不差。

Room is nice and bed is extra comfy. What I didn’t like is their Italian restaurant called Cucina, we had a very bad experience with their food, were food doesn’t reflect the standard of the resort. We were served a rotten grilled octopus, and a very cold grilled zucchini, all we rejected and ask the waiter to send it back to the kitchen. And the price of the foods are among the most expensive food I had in Bali. And the service is very low even when there are a lot empty table. We also had a lunch in their beach bar called Toya, again the price is very steep, yet the food that we received is sub standard, almost like the just reheated. We ordered a pizza, not only the dough looks pale, the topping doesn’t scream quality. It tasted ok and service was very fast, but it’s kinda questionable if a restaurant pizza came out very fast. The breakfast, which now charged twice the amount of last time I was there if you opted not to be included in the room, was mediocre. Some foods were ok like their noodle section and local and gluten free dessert, but the dim sum section was meh, and the most offending one is the pastry section. They served pastries that taste too yeasty that it became very unpleasant, croissants that is not crispy anymore, we it’s not the standard I was expected, and they are a French hotel company. And their resort activities are although I don’t expect to be without additional charges, but they are astronomical pricey. You better go up north to Tanjung Benoa with local service providers if you want to do some water sport activities. And if you want to visit spa, just go to many spas just outside the hotel area. It won’t have the on the beach spa, but they offer the same services.

Отель идеален по своей красоте, чистоте и уровню сервиса. Номера большие, уютные, атмосферные. Персонал очень доброжелателен, все знают Английский хотя бы немного, помогают в любом вопросе. В отеле очень безопасно, как и на Нуса Дуа в целом. Вечерами нет развлечений, но мы гуляли вдоль побережья и ужинали в разных кафе и отелях. В отеле днем брали велосипеды и с удовольствием катались вдоль набережной. Отдыхали пять дней, успели насладиться и даже немного заскучать. Но в наших планах было пожить еще в двух местах. В целом отель очень понравился. Рекомендую всем побывать там хотя бы однажды. Больше всего мне понравились бассейны (3 штуки, с разной температурой) и белочки на завтраке. Сначала мы кормили себя, а потом бельчат! Это тоже подарило прекрасную атмосферу!
