El baño estaba algo sucio. Las instalaciones bien. La pisicina tenia 3 amacas solo para todo el hotel. El desayuno completo y variado. La ubicacion lejos del centro.

had to ask front desk to do several times of room cleaning as we woke up to red marks and bites on our body. but front desk was so patient with us and accommodate. it took 2 days of cleaning to have it thoroughly clean. thank you and i really appreciate the effort.

Hotel was ok

The hotel staff are helpful. The building has greenary and fresh air to the theme. Comfort & clean. A bit old for bathroom condition, I dislike the yellow lighting inside bathroom. Breakfast is decent, although not great.

strategic location, close to everywhere, spacious room, comfortable room, clean, security officers are helpful, friendly staffs.. Breakfast so-so, the cook at the egg station need more practice and do faster due to they had difficulty understanding my instructions.. the restaurant have great ambiance, so far so good.. will be back soon

Front reception staff gave us a room on first floor. It was NOT a smoking free area when we requested for non smoking room. Room was flity and smelled moulding. Even the shower towels had foul smell on them . When I demanded I was moved to non smoking room on level 3. Poor quality rooms and rotting doors . We ordered pizza for dinner and the pizza base had black spots every where , never seems my thing lol that before . Overall poor reception and poor quality . I will not recommend this to any friends or family sorry. Happy to share pictures on request since having trouble uploading them .

Second day stay, water had problem in the morning, weak pressure, dirty and can't use shower room even toilet, complained, they upgraded my room after 6 hours tons of complaining if I couldn't use toilet, so tragically guests can't use toilet rooms and they said many complaints that time for the same thing., But also in the new room water so weak, hard to take shower. And cleanliness also not good, I didn't expect 4 stars hotel quality so low, TOWELS not white colour also so many DIRTY spots(EX. Previous guest used that towels for their butts, but hotel never care if the laundry not clean enough or maybe they never washed it as it also had bad smell) from the previous guests, bed linen also so many dirty spots, lipstics, blood, etc. I don't understand how they maintenance their quality, cleanliness is important things for stay. Also water problem more than 24 hours never solved. I am sure that is not annually water maintenance as they explained, but it is because technically some tools broken and they can't fixed it immediately, it impossible happened suddenly and they couldn't handle well as a 4 star and big name hotel already. If maintenance they should have back up for water supply to guests room. This is first time I stayed in Swissbell branch have such nonsense problem, I stayed in many other Swissbell branches in another city before and never have such huge problem. I was really disappointed this time. I want guarantee staying in 4 stars hotel but service is not more that guest house only.

Hotel was value for the money, location is strategic as its very near the supermarket ,walking distance to Ripcurl Kuta and nice restaurant nearby. The room is okay but quite dusty. The breakfast buffet is nice too !

Basically it was a nice place. But several things are uncleanness. Such as the uncleanness cups
