ロケーション、接客が非常に良い。 せっかくBluetoothのスピーカーがあったが、接続できたり出來なかったり安定していないなど、設備の古さが感じられた。

Great holiday destination, we got to go down to the beach, have amazing dinner views from the bar and really just lay back from the pool and our private pool from the room. Loved it

울루와뜨 식당가랑 쇼핑거리랑 매우 가까운데 낮에 걷기엔 덥고 밤에 걷기엔 무서워요 그랩 잘 잡히는데 정찰제인지 아무리 가까운 거리에서도 57,700루피아입니다 발리 물가 생각하면 매우 비싼편이에요~ 시설은 좀 노후되었지만 바다환경 예쁘고(모래사장은 없습니다) 수영장에 사람 많지 않아서 여유 즐기기에 좋아요~ 객실 넓고 쾌적한 편인데 바다앞이라 좀 습합니다. 옆쪽 공사중임데 소리 크게 신경쓰일 정도 아닙니다~

A very enjoyable stay in a lovely hotel in a great location. Only criticisms are that the pool area is very difficult to access with steep ramps and steps. Not enough sun loungers and umbrellas. Food good but pricey.

今次選擇海濱套房，開露台門就係一望無際嘅印度洋，超級震撼。酒店包早餐同下午茶，對正個海景食勁chill。酒店有個無邊際泳池，打卡一流。

在懸崖旁邊，海非常漂亮，但是從房間到海邊很費勁。房間很大，但是沒有什麼特色，乾淨衞生。總的來説性價比不算很高，但是確實有峇裏島非常不錯的海景（比庫塔水明漾好太多）

優點：房間很大 沙發超級大 最便宜的房間也是正對海景 服務很好 從安保到每個服務人員都會很熱情打招呼 早餐也不錯 選擇較豐富 吃早餐可以坐在餐廳外面看海景 缺點：酒店設施較老 電視無法airplay 酒店衹有一個很小的泳池區域 酒店要從主路的一條小路進來 步行去主路有一定距離 酒店班車不能送客人到主路 酒店班車🉑️接送的padang padang海灘個人覺得不是很值得去 海灘特別小 上面很多小垃圾

Excellent service. Daily warm smiling greetings from all the staff everytime we cross path. Some of the receptionist greets you by your first name which makes it even more personal. It was my birthday. A mini cake was send to my room. I was given a few perks such as 50% discount for the spa. There were many activities available in the hotel. Such as morning yoga, pottery which was fun, wine tasting (trying local Bali wine!) and many other activities. You can get your photos taken by a professional photographer within the hotel too. Breakfast is delicious with a wide spread of local and international options. Fresh fruits, juices and jamu available including various hot food stations. Great attention to details with the room services. Twice a day room service. - morning tidy up: daily fruits, refreshing potpourri in the bathroom, lil noted about Bali which can be used as book marks. -evening winding down: preparing the bed (removing the decorative cushions and decorative panel, folding the duvet edge for easy access to get into bed) camomile tea or hot chocolate sachet by the bedside table. They even spread out the shower floor mate for evening showers. It is otherwise folded in a fancy way. Small touches and details that make the difference! They even tidy up my cables! Good security at the main entrance. Great location. Near some of the main highlights. In the evening, live traditional music There are a few down side - it’s quite deep in from the main road so it’s a bit of a walk to get out. Bonus: the hotel provides shuttle to certain location. - many steps around the hotel (uluwatu is full of cliffs) Good exercise as the hotel feeds you well but it might not be suitable for the elders or people with mobility issues. And the access to the beach below is not available because of renovation works. It’s all good and I don’t really mind the “ downside” of the hotel as the rest of it does makes up. I will be back
