巴厘島ION貝諾亞酒店 (Ion Bali Benoa)

Удивил отель - чисто, белоснежные простыни, очень уютные номера, вода в постоянном доступе для питья холодная и горячая. При отеле ресторан - вкусно готовят. Депозит 300 тысяч местный рупий. Вернули при выезде. Есть бассейн и классная площадка на крыше.

В целом не плохо, сантехника была хорошая в номере,вид с крыши красивый видно вулкан в хорошую погоду. В бассейне не купались. Самый большой плюс это пляж Нуса Дуа на байке ехать минут 15-20 он потрясающий..

I would give a good rating as I travelled with my family and stayed here for 2 night. Good hospitality. Breakfast can improve a bit but I think it really depends on the no of people staying on particular day. I recommend the rooftop bar in the evening. Very relaxing and enjoy the sunset. Food can also be ordered by GRAB all time even midnight. Nearby many watout and bars. Close to benoa beach which for water sports. Room size is enough for 2 members. With kids I recommend to take 2 rooms with a connected door. Overall I have a good experience with the hotel hospital. I stayed from September 5 to September 7 for 2 nights. Hotel staff is available 24 hours for support like chekin and checkout.

Super hôtel. Situé proche de la plage. La piscine est agréables, chambres silencieuses . Je recommande.

Хороший вариант недорогого отеля. Чисто, уборка каждый день. Красивый бассейн, вид из окна на океан и бассейн. Приветливый и добрый персонал. В номере все есть для проживания.

Ion Bali Benoa Номер чистый, светлый, большие панорамные окна и было даже видно океан. Уборка каждый день Большая мягкая кровать. Есть кресло, на котором можно сидеть и любоваться природой из окна, стол. Хорошо работает вай фай. Есть чашечки , графин и термос для воды, в коридоре есть кулер с водой. Есть фен, гель для душа, салфетки. На последнем этаже есть терраса, где можно встречать с одной стороны рассвет, а с другой провожать закат. Внимательный, отзывчивый персонал. Рядом у океана есть длинная пешеходная дорожка, много кафе, спа. Спокойный, тихий район для отдыха.

Отель красивый. Номер хороший. Обслуживание на высоте.

I DONT RECOMMEND IT this place, especially for women, as it made me feel unsafe and like I was being scammed. Everything was fine until the incident during our check-out. At check-out, a staff member went to inspect the room and found a small stain on the sheets and a bit on the blanket. My period had started unexpectedly during the night, so naturally, there was some spotting, but it wasn’t severe and certainly not all over the bed. Instead of handling the situation discreetly, they brought the sheets and blankets to the reception and asked me in front of everyone what it was. I can't begin to explain how embarrassed and uncomfortable I felt. In today’s world, people should understand what a period is and handle it with more sensitivity. Bringing the sheets out in public was unnecessary when they could have simply taken a photo and spoken to me privately. To make matters worse, they took my deposit of 300,000 rupiah. They showed me a list where it stated that damage to blankets costs 417,000 rupiah. Then, the woman at reception said that for this type of "damage," it actually costs 600,000 rupiah, but she kindly "negotiated" it down to 300,000 rupiah. It was clear this was just a scam, and it made me feel incredibly disrespected. It’s so disappointing to see them take advantage of something that women have no control over, and to publicly shame someone in such a way at the reception. I've traveled to Bali and many other countries, and I've never experienced anything like this. If your period starts unexpectedly while staying at this hotel, be prepared for them to display your stained sheets at reception and try to scam you over it. It’s a scam hotel. They will try to charge you at any cost. I didn’t find the room key and they charge me 100k. They charge 500k because the cleaning team said i smoked in the room while this is not true at all. The hotel is made to overcharge you. Think twice before you book

Hotel tua yg masih terawat tapi jika sudah malam jika jalan di lorong, serem jg. Apa lagi anginnya kenceng krna dekat pantai. Sempat tegur petugasnya krna melayani tidak sesuai antrian.
